    Do not recommend. ***** inspected our house August 2024. He took no questions during the inspection telling us to hold them until the after he completed his inspection and we were in the debrief stage; unfortunately this meant that we didnt know what he did or didnt inspected or whether or not the questions we had would be addressed or not until the end. The debrief felt rushed and was so fast that I could barely keep up following him around the house while carrying my newborn. While we didnt enjoy Davids approach, we was also disappointed by his accuracy and thoroughness. ***** incorrectly identified the ** system as a heat pump, missed a broken shower handle that required a plumber to install a new valve, and that there was immediate need for professional roof maintenance as there were exposed nails and unsealed vents - as it turns out ***** didnt even go on the roof because it was too step and even in that event also didnt employ a drone or other technology to actually inspect the roof, rather he looked out the window and at the roof from the ground.When we took possession of the house there was a gas leak coming from the gas - we checked the follow up report regarding the gas cooktop and it turns out ***** marked all the kitchen appliances as not inspected. Based on the experience above, we wrote to ***** with our concerns. Our email went unanswered so we followed up, and that went unanswered too. We then involved the Better Business Bureau - unfortunately he also ignored their repeated attempts to contact him (email and mail) and never engaged in the dispute resolution process. Very disappointing outcome.
