      -0 stars. This company is bad. Been overcharging us , excessive admin fees in the name of Covid recovery fee?? Which I confirmed was never charged or included by other competitor companies in the area. When i fought for it they charged me an over weight charges which never happened as our bin was never packed even till half also even if it was in Ontario there is no law that allow them to charge for overweight of the garbage. When I called them multiple time and answers were given i stop my payment as was not getting the proper service which was promised by their so called dumb ass representative who doesn’t work with then anymore as per Christine M*******(very unprofessional person) The lady is at the main office is so ****. They made promises which were never respected.

      If you want to get ******* on propane go here. Got 30lb tank filled and get light so I live accross the road yup 47 lbs fully loaded that's wroung it should be 55. So went back and trying to get them to admit it. He even said it should weigh about 53 pounds. Well? It? Doesn't at ways forty seven here s******* me about eight pounds right there. And then he tried doing the math well it Says how much it weighs on the side right yeah? 26 pounds it says so if you have 30 pounds. That would wait fifty six pounds not forty seven. And then if I doing math the other way well what's 47 - 50 26 21 pounds. So that's nine pounds still owing. So you're getting ******* out of propane that's *****

      DO NOT USE SUPERSAVE. I am close to finishing my five year contract with them and they refuse to accept my notice for non renewal. First, they told me I mailed in my notice too early and now because of a *********** Processing error they are saying that because my letter was one day late they are unable to accept it because it was received at 89 days instead of 90 days. Even though I also emailed customer maintenance on the correct date to notify them. My units lease will becoming to an end soon and I wont be using these services and the fact that they want to keep me locked into a five year term when they clearly know my intentions are to not renew once my term is up is insane. Even if I did need services in the future there is absolutely no way I would ever even consider them again. Drivers don't come on scheduled days and they constantly charge over weight because the garbage piles up because they don't come on schedule. Sometime the drivers take the locks and forget to put them back and it's happened multiple times with me and I had to call in to get new ones and was charged me for them. They increase prices without notice all the time. Multiple customer service agents are rude and condescending, this must be their mission statement. I am in a very frustrating position and understandably so. It is hard to get someone to hear me out and actually give a s*** about my situation, but hopefully one of the managers I am current corresponding with can help me with my situation. If they (as a company) would have taken care of me as a customer and as someone who has payed them more than 15k in five years for service I would be recommending this company to so many people I know who have businesses, but because of a technicality and trying to force me to stay under this contract I feel the need to save other people from the nightmare that I am currently living. Save yourself the trouble and the stress.

      This company DOES NOT follow bylaws. We have called the company a few times and our building concierge has written them emails but to no avail. The company obviously has a new route or contract because weve lived here for 8 years and this noise has never happened before. In the last few months they make noise for about ***** minutes every Saturday and Sunday almost 3 hours earlier than the bylaw allows in Coal Harbour *********. The company acknowledged the bylaw hours but have done nothing. Unfortunately our next step is to contact the ***************** with a formal complaint.

      I wan to add my voice to the list of very unhappy customers. Their customer service is **** and **********. Their garbage service is spotty. The drivers don't come on scheduled days and then we get charged for over flowing bin, which would not have been an issue if they had come to pick up as scheduled. Charging a Covid recovery fee is just *******. An admin fee of $20 - really!?! For the privilege of getting a bill as someone else said. A bin maintenance fee for a dumpster that has never had any maintenance in 10 years. Yes, we have been a steady customer for over 10 years and are being treated very poorly. We did not get service for the month of December but are being charged for it and being charged additional fees for them to pick up the excess garbage that they should have picked up in December. *** *** ******* ** *** ******** Don't walk - run away from this ************* company.

      DO NOT DEAL WITH SUPER SAVE -- they forgot to fill our propane tank on more than one occasion (which caused damages to the basement lift-station and basement bathroom -- we never charged for the damages). The last time they forgot was during a period of cold winter weather in the Shuswap. We were on Vacation and requested them go back to our cottage to fill the tank as it was empty according to the home security company who was looking after our cottage -- SUPER SAVE said NO, their next scheduled date to be back in the region was the following week which could result in damages and frozen pipes. So we went to another service provider who immediately provided us with propane to protect our home. Super Save filed a judgement against us due to cancellation of the contract. **** ** *** **** ***** ***** **********  WE WILL NEVER DEAL with Super Save or any related entity.
      PS -- if I could leave 0 STARS I would have -- however, that was not an option.

      BEWARE of Super Save. Customer service is poor. You can not really on propane deliveries. To cancel service you must email them and then que up.

      Super Save sell propane at ,99 per liter but charges a extra $86.45 ,in fees over and above. One fee is a covid recovery fee. Is that event legal??

      Wow is all I have to say. I have been trying to return my propane tank since oct 2021. When I finally get it removed in August 2022 they charge me a ridiculous covid recovery fee and way over estimate the hours it took. $1300 to have a tank removed and never credited my existing propane in my tank like they said they would. ******. Do not do business with them.

      0 stars. This company is brutal. They overcharge, have excessive admin fees (one of which is a Covid recovery fee?? What the heck is that?). When I threatened to pull the account due to lack of service, they make promises which they proceed to break. The main office customer service line is rude and uncaring. Tried to increase my tank rental from $100 to $140 even tho the tank was 6 years old and was not replaced with a new "more expensive" tank. My contract is up, and I made them give it to me in writing so that I can get away from this god-awful company and go to a competitor that actually cares.
      They ***, they are ********* and they are never to be trusted.
