I recently completed a move from Vancouver BC to Oakville ON. My experience with GCVL was really good. Customer service was quick to respond and the estimate ended up being very close to the actual cost. Ron's team, who completed the pick-up/drop-off was great. They were on time for both and everything arrived in the condition it left. I would use them again and also recommend if anyone is looking for a mover.

GCVL was great to work with all around for my move across Canada. Kathy and Taylor in the office always kept in touch throughout the process and their driver/moving team was very helpful as well. I would definitely use them again!Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

Ron and his teams were fantastic to deal with. Took excellent care of our antique furniture and all of our items moved. We were contacted before they showed up for loading and contacted three days before arrival. Made it really easy to plan for. Would 100% use this company again can’t say enough about the service from the start to finish.Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

Great experience from start to finish moving from Ottawa to Winnipeg. All the behind the scenes folks were great starting with ****** ** ******** ****** *** then Taylor at Great Canadian. We cannot say enough about Codie and his team, they were amazing!! Even with treacherous road conditions and multiple road closures he still arrive within hours of his expected time! He kept us informed every step of the way even giving us very helpful driving tips for our trip. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone in need of moving services.Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave and the team he hired to help load and unload in Nov 2022. Moving is a stressful experience and Dave made it quick, easy, and fun. Excellent moving skills. Everything was wrapped up properly in cloth and no marks on walls were made during the difficult move. Cody was very professional and explained everything to me. The items arrived on time and everything went very smoothly.
Anyone reading who has concerns about a moving company being legit or not this company is as legit at it gets. You can be worry free when working with this company and not be concerned about being ripped off or wonder if it's legitimate. I had the same concerns when searching for a mover because I received so many fake fraudulent offers. I am glad I put in the effort to find the right moving company from Ottawa Ontario to Edmonton Alberta.

I heard a lot of horror stories from my friends about how other moving companies swindle their money, and I was very worried that I might face the same situation. Luckily, I decided to use this company to move from Vancouver to Toronto and had a wonderful experience. I'm glad driver Ron was in charge of my move. He is very responsible, his guys who helped pack my things and assemble my furniture were insanely fast and professional. I also want to say a big thank you to Taylor who was my account rep. She always kept in touch with me and was friendly with me when I needed help. I also want to note that this company provides an excellent online tool for managing your order. While other moving companies make the ordering process manual and unreliable, here the entire estimate of the final amount was provided by an online application where I could see all the rates and the contract, which completely dispelled all my fears about the potential price increase. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and help in such a difficult matter as moving to another city!Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

Given the horror stories I had read regarding the moving industry, it was with a great deal of trepidation that I began planning our move from Victoria to Ottawa. Clearly these stories were not about Great Canadian Van Lines...from my first contact and immediate response, to the delivery of my household effects to my new home, everything was first-class. Front-end staff were professional and upfront with the estimate...what they quoted was exactly what I paid. The moving crew, Wade, Robin and Jay were outstanding! They arrived on time, were extremely friendly and couteous, and expertly packed and moved our things. While doing the inventory with Robin, I was greatly assured when I learned that their team would be driving my shipment across Canada, and would be doing the off-load in Ottawa. When my new house was ready to receive my shipment, I contacted the warehouse and made arrangements for delivery...my shipment arrived promptly, undamaged and complete. Joel and Wessley the team at the Ottawa end were as professional, courteous and friendly as everyone else that I met or spoken to during the moving process.
What more can I say? Anyone looking for a great and affordable moving experience need look no further than Great Canadian Van Lines. Thanks guys...you were great! Hope you all enjoy a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and prosperous 2023.Great Canadian Van Lines Ltd.

I have to say Ron, the big truck driver went above and beyond. He was kind, considerate and quick. Drove through bad weather to get here and into the wee hours of the morning.
Everything was well looked after. He even tried to save me a charge by using the big truck to deliver, but it wouldn’t work.
