      Avoid this site like the plauge. They won't stand by their products and vehicle fitment on the website is the worst setup I've ever seen. They shouldn't even be allowed to be in business. Definition of a **** company

      The website needs some work but pricing is excellent. Good to have a canadian business with such a wide selection . The pricing on ***** **** as good as USA. Will be a customer long term.

      Worst parts fit confirmation system ever.Entered my year make model engine and trim level. Their website suggested parts, I chose from that list and it confirmed these parts fit your car (car make model engine in green with a green checkmark) and it confirmed my make model engine again in below where it said confirm your this fits your car. Parts Avatar blamed the wrong parts on me and said they will charge 15% restocking fee $90 and it was $35 to return the parts. 15 days after the parts were confirmed returned I am still waiting on a refund.

      Had dealings with them 3 times before.No problem parts arrived in short time.Was impressed till this order.Seems I should have read these reviews prior to trusting these people.I could copy and paste the reviews below and apply them to my situation.Lost customer and credability at the same time.Will check with a lawyer about suing.Seems the only way to deal with these kind of people.Be aware or lose your money. ***** *

      Excellent delivery service found the brake pads and rotors I need, garage was asking way too much almost double. The free shipping definitely helped since Im imagining the weight alone would make the shipping very expensive !!!!

      **** ** *** ** ****** ******** ****** *** ***** ******* They have received the defective part of which I paid return and I have not been refunded and every time I ask with their chat help as they don't have a live person on the phone and that to me is red flag I keep getting told the same story your refund will be within 24 hours. So now I'm tired of chasing them for my money and I reached out and filed a complaint against parts Avatar with ****** as I'm glad that's how I paid for it. * ***** ******* **** **** **** **** ******* ** *** ***** * ***** **** *** ** ***** ** ** ****** **** **** ******

      I placed an order with them on February 28. Shipping said i would receive my order by March 9. They emailed me March 2nd saying they took an amount off my credit card and for me to reply to the email with the amount to confirm it is me ordering the parts. I replied with in an hour. March 7th i reached out to them to find out where my parts were and they had told me they had not shipped due to me not replying with the amount they took off the card for verification. I then March 7 th said to cancel the order ** *** ******** ** ****** ****** ** ** ** *** **** *** ****** ** ***** ** * **** *** *** *** **** ** ******** **** **** They replied to my March 7th email on March 9th the day i was originally supposed to receive my order saying " We apologize for the delay and inconvenience you had to face with us and would like to inform you that, ?your cancellation request has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a confirmation email once your order gets cancelled". On March 10th they sent me an email saying they can not cancel it as it has already been shipped and sent a tracking number. After looking in the tracking they did not ship it until the 10th. 10 full days after i ordered they shipped it after i said to cancel it. Return shipping has to be covered by me.       Very poor customer service. I never could talk to anyone on the phone only access is through their online chat which was a different person each time. In order to get warranty on a part I had to buy a new part (which was more expensive) and pay for the core again. I had to pay to ship the old part back. They finally refunded the amount of the first part (not the more expensive one) not before accidently charging me for it again. Fixed that. Didn't include the refund for the new core until I had to ask about it. I asked for a manager multiple times but they refused. After installing the new part, the new part also failed. When informing them I told them I would like a full refund or else I was going to send this part to the new company I used to get my money back for the core. They agreed to a full refund, agreed that I could drop it off at the Edmonton warehouse and in a different box since I used the original box to send them the first faulty part. They have now still not sent me my refund after weeks of this part being returned. They at first tried to tell me the part was too old and then when I came back to them with all the documentation they said it was under review with their accounting department. Again, no ability to talk to anyone on the phone. I am currently out $308 dollars for the second faulty part plus delivery fees to send the first faulty part back to them. The fact that you cannot talk to any manager is extremely frustrating.

      Wrong parts sent.Tried to email them for 3 months before they answered my email. Then they tell me my 30 days are up for refund and can only give me 70% If i pay for shipping. They sent wrong items was no fault of mine. ***** ** ******** **** **** ********

      Accepted an order with free shipping and then tried to take me for a ride - tried to ******* over $50 for shipping.
