      Order Part of the website with the website information stating it would fit my engine. Paid for quicker delivery , not so much what a joke dont waste your money. After contacting them several times it was finally shipped 7 days later it and was the wrong part didn't fit my engine and they stated it was fault not theirs. According to the website which I took a screen shot it would to fit . According to the return policy if it's a website error they would pay for return shipping . Not so much ,returned to the wearhouse as it was quicker than shipping which was going to be at my cost . After using webchat finally spoken to someone who could really help me and finally received a refund minus the extra i paid forn quicker shipping almost 2 1/2 weeks later. I had emailed customer service with my concerns, the final email from me with the screenshot with their error all communication ceased . Haven't heard from them since ..

      **** * I was sent the wrong part was falsely advertised have to pay 15% plus shipping to return, still waiting for refund 25 days and nobody from Parts avatar has answered my E mails.

      They are a very low-standard company with too many mistakes who do not take responsibility to correct their mistakes and ask customers to pay for that!
      They sent me a set of 4 mounted tires with wheels that bolt pattern did not match the car, while they took all the information about my car year, make, model and trim before making order.

      I ordered 2 control arms with ball joints from parts avatar. When they shipped to me they infact did not come with ball joints which I thought wasn't a big deal and they could just ship me some. So I installed the control arms and contacted parts avatar live chat which was a pain to begin with. They will not send me balljoints as they said the control arm with balljoints was listed wrong and that it's only supposed to be the control arms. They said they will give me 10% off if I buy new ball joints from them. But I already bought balljoints with the control arms and they keep giving me the run around. This is the worst place I have ever ordered parts from.

      I ordered an oil filter for my car and was sent the wrong one, which was less than half the price of the one I paid for. They're running me in circles to avoid giving me the difference in price.
