    We had a *** over for Econowise Sunrooms to discuss install*** fram*** to hang material around our deck to block the afternoon sun.****** sat and discussed options on our deck, she also measured the BROWN rail***s that currently exist. When the parts arrived, the installation tech advised me that the parts were black. I told the installer that we didnt want the parts as our deck is done in brown and not black.There is no way that ****** didnt notice the colour of our rail***s as she sat with us on the deck for about 45 minutes. She also measured the *********** no time did ****** disclose that they only have black or white parts. The installer put me on the phone to ****** who tried to claim that we had discussed the black colour. She finally agreed that we had not spoken about the colour at all. ****** claimed that the colour was mentioned in our contract all that we received from her was an illegible carbon copy of a work order.We paid in full on August 7th and we have been call*** about gett*** our money back since approximately August 10th.Our calls are not answered and our messages have not been responded to.Leslies failure to disclose this issue when she spoke with us is , in my opinion, deceitful and is possibly boarder *** on fraud. After be*** confronted about this she chose to point to what calls a contract. It is actually a work order. I called again today and left another message. I advised that if our funds were not reimbursed by the end of the weekend ( September 8.) That I would be tak*** further action to get our $918.75 back.This has been a terrible experience and I dont think that business should be associated to the BBB.Thank you **** ********

    I am very surprised to see that the client has sent this complaint to the BBB.  I agree that I made an error by not noticing the dark brown material during my first visit.  However, i had written a refund cheque and had passed by 2 days after they decided to cancel the order and no one was home.  Due to the fact that the client's name was different from the one that was to receive the cheque, I decided not to leave the cheque after finding that they weren't home.  Time passed and I intended on getting back but it took me several days to be in touch with them.  I tried to etransfer but the email on the contract was not the right one and so it didn't go through.  I ended up going by their house again and getting the right email and etransfered it the same day.  And then I'm seeing this complaint.  I gather they posted this prior to our visit together yesterday.

    This was all a misunderstanding and I am sorry for any upset this has caused.  They were happy to see me and very cordial so I wasn't aware that this incident had caused this response. I hope they find another supplier that will work with them for this project.

    I am rejecting this response because: no matter how ****** tries to justify it, we didnt hear anything from her in a month. She says that she called, ok, why not leave a message instead of just driving by in hopes that well be home? Who does that? The whole thing was just a bad experience.

    we have been reimbursed but that doesnt change all of the other factors in my complaint. 
    Doing business with ****** left much to be desired and was a complete waist of time.
