  We are extremely dissatisfied with both the product and service provided by the company due to what we consider gross negligence, multiple breaches of contract, reckless disregard for safety, and a fundamental lack of professionalism and competence.The patio cover, advertised as a new, high-quality installation, arrived with visible scratches, dents, poor caulking, and a generally substandard appearance. The door glass does not match the surrounding wall panels, and the door frame itself is riddled with cracks, holes, and visible damage. Three windows and one screen had to be replaced due to defective workmanship. Installation was plagued by constant execution errors, and with a crew that spoke no English, it was impossible to address issues as they arose. Problems included mismeasured parts, mismatched glass, defective hardware, and a poorly fitted screen. The caulking was of exceptionally poor quality. Most alarmingly, a dislodged glass panel nearly injured my wife, who had just awakened and was carrying a hot latte. She narrowly prevented serious injury by catching the panel mid-fall with one hand, struggling to use all her might. Had this occurred to a child or elderly visitor, the outcome could have been catastrophic. Your response to this life-threatening incident was cold and appalling.The project dragged through seven chaotic site visits, with delays and repeated cleanup left to us after each visit. Contractual requirements, such as gutter removal, were ignored, which affected the slope and rain runoff. Parts were not ordered in a timely manner, and communication throughout was weak. The cleanup was disgusting.This project was not only mismanaged it posed a serious safety risk. We have no confidence in the company's ability to correct these issues and are therefore demanding a full refund. While some of the "blemishes" have been fixed after I complained, many others are permanent.We wouldn't go near them with a 10-foot pole.

  Econowise is a reputable company that takes customer service seriously. While we encourage fair and honest feedback, we will not accept reviews that contain misleading information or attempts to pressure our business on unjust compensation through threats of reputational damage.We acknowledge the challenges experienced during this project, including mismeasurements, extended installation times, loose sliding windowpanes that have since been changed, and the inconvenience of delays and repeated visits for remediations and touch-***. However, our recordscomprising written communication, text messages, phone calls, and numerous site visitsdemonstrate our ongoing good faith efforts and our commitment to fulfilling client requests.Since the initial installation date of the Sunroom, we have expressed our apologies for delays, mishaps, and the necessary retouches performed on the installation. Now that both parties consider the work complete, as per exchanged emails and pictures, we have offered to address a final list of touch-*** within five business days, along with substantial compensation through a waiver of the remaining balance, which represents 30% of the total cost.Your request for a full refund while keeping the installed Sunroom represents an unfair benefit for you at our expense, and therefore we have declined this request. On the other hand, we have made 2 offers to resolve this matter, but they have not been accepted. You are entitled to pursue public action if you choose. However, our offer remains available, as a reasonable and generous acknowledgement of the long and faulty process endured, and honoring the additional investments you have made, such as the screen door and other decorative enhancements to make your space enjoyable. Alternatively, our second offer is to relieve your anguish and arrange for the removal of the sunroom and provide a full refund on that same day. Sincerely yours,

  We worked with Econowise few years ago. ***** and team are professional, dedicated and very professional. They are always right on their costumer needs. They built a roof in our large deck, everyone compliments this deck and the roof, the finishings are top quality. They responded to their warranty right away when I called for a loose gutter, and they fixed it no questions asked. I recomend them!!!

  This is my 3rd project with them. Started at home with an upper and lower patio cover, and front door awning. The process was smooth, everything was explained in detail, pricing was in 3 parts and did not change. Drawings were reviewed on site and the installation team were efficient and neat and tidy. Work needed a big cover over the garbage compactors, so I called Econowise again. Same process, but this was a bit more complex (outside lighting, concrete and metal flashing, etc.). Team was out 3 times with drawings, measurements, and discussion on how best to attach to the building, get the slopes and elevations right for drainage, and to ensure we did not lose too much light. The structure was installed without any issues, done right the first time. Had them back again to install 9 awnings over our entry doors. All good! Moved to a new house in November, called them back again to do a 40'x18' glass cover over our lower patio. Price was better than the other 2 companies I price shopped with (as after pandemic all prices rose dramatically!). The whole process was finished in less than a month, patio is beautiful and dry. I would recommend to anyone and I will call them again for my next project. I have had discussions with the sales staff, owner, and head installer and all of my concerns, issues, and end results have been positive.

  Poor company wont fix a proble they did. Left metal filings on my patio sun roof glass and now there r rust stains embedded in glass and pitted the glass. She ****** *** wont come out even to look not empressed .Also I was so fustrated at company said some things I should have not said to the poor Lady on the outher end off phone bad no swearing gust fustration that ****** the *** wont come out and look. If I could leave 0 stars I would. All she hade to do is come and look she what she could do to try and help but all I got was the cone of silence.*****

  I understand ***'s concerns. Our Shop Mgr and the Installer of the roof have visited the site and found small stains on the glass in a few areas. This has never happened before and the client wnated all of the glass replaced. I had scheduled 3 visits myself, all had to be postponed due to other issues that I needed to attend to. I have this booked for a confirmation call for this Tuesday so this is a complete surprise that he would go this route with a complaint. I will be in tocuh with him again and attend the site.

  The engineering part of this company is so bad. First they have never really assessed the upper deck condition and the pillars supporting the upped deck where the sunroom was built. Latter when the sunroom was built it was found that the pillars were not even secured properly to the concrete base and the size of the pillars were not adequate to the load they support. I had to spend thousands dollars to fix it with the risk to dammage sunroom. The water proof was so poor. Those who build sunroom seems like don't have much knowledge about how water penetrates and what size of the gutters and drainage hole in the gatters should be to accommodate the water flows down from the roof. I called them many time during extended period of time after project was completed asking to fix the leaks in different areas, to make the drain hole in the gutter bigger to prevent overflow. Eventually I gave up to call them since they had no clue (or most probably was not willing to do the proper investigation and research) at all how it should be fixed on the permanent basis and I had to fix those ongoing leak problems on my own. Thanks to my understanding of building engineering I could do that quite successfully. I spent few thousand dollars to replace part of the house roof attaching to sunroom roof because I though the leak was from that area penetrating to sunroom roof channels but is was not. Wasted time and money. Summarizing all my experience I would say this company interested not in the quality of product but the quantity, poor engineering, poor knowledge and poor customer service.   We understand Mr. ********* issues.  Unfortunately the issue was with the house roof rather than anything to do with the Sunroom roof itself.  It was impossible to fix the leak without doing actual reroofing which I understand they did.  This is an isolated case and I apologize that it somehow was lost over time by the looks of it.

  We take pride in being on top of our service requests and have done everything possible to ensure nothing like this happens again.
