    May 16 contact the Fast car shipping solution and signed a contract form.
    shipping 2 cars from Vancouver to Toronto on June 20 and 27
    I paid the company a total of $3000 and one of my car keys.
    once I drop off my 2 cars they ask when they will arrive in Toronto.
    They just keep saying next Monday but my car GPS shows me both cars just stay at the parking lot.
    they did not try to solve any problem

    I would like to have my money back and car key back.

    As per notes on this file we booked the transport for both vehicles on our load going out to Toronto from Vancouver customer was informed time to time about the schedule of the truck he did not want to wait and toke the vehicle on his own from our lot, On the contract it clearly says shipping time frame is no guarantee and deposits are non refundable which was signed by the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    According
    to the text messages I have corresponded with "Fast Car Shipping" on
    June 20th 2022, they have clearly said if I drop off the car that
    day, I was going to get on the truck as there’s only one spot left even if I
    arrived later than scheduled time.  


    But
    a week later, when I dropped off my second car, "Fast Car" mentioned
    both vehicles will be arriving at Toronto the following Monday, which is July 4th. That
    indicated that my first vehicle was still in Vancouver.
    On
    June 27th afternoon, I have received a message from ******** mobile App
    that there's a notification stating “one of the windows was opened”, as well as
    the vehicle was still in Vancouver, so I tried to contact “Fast Car” as I was
    very concerned.


    I
    have tried to email, text and call "Fast Car" for the next couple of
    days trying to find out if there's anything wrong with the vehicle, and if
    there's a possible update. However, I have received no reply until I mentioned
    to the "reception" that I would phone the police if they don't
    reply. 


    On
    Wednesday June 29th, they said my ******** will arrive next Monday, July 4th,
    at Toronto. Not to mention this provided time frame is less than a week, but “how”
    would they ship a car so fast? They said they have gone out of ways to help me,
    yet I can provide calling records and emails I have sent to prove the
    opposite. 


    As
    their previous reply to my complaint, the arrival time could not be guaranteed;
    but according to the text message and email, they were certain the car would arrive
    in Toronto in one week. Plus they were willing to wait for me to get on the
    truck on June 20th.
