    They give a low quote to get you to lock in with them. Then raise the price. When you try to get your money back they give a million excuses. Have to get credit card company involved and file for fraud.

    Such a Tribble company ***** **** ********** they charged me over than $1000 extra. They don't care about you. *** **** ***** **** **** ** ******** ******* I went through the horrible condition because of this Tribble company. Be careful and research a lot before you trust any company to give your car.

    Terrible experience with them! I got my car broke down along Jasper on June 30th. I found this Fast Car Shipping Solutions online thought they would help me send my car back to Vancouver, BC. I spoke to a lady named Amanda and answered all my inquiries. Amanda emailed me the forms and I filled it up right away. She emailed me back that night asking for a $800 deposit because she told me that they have a truck coming and they will pick it up on Friday and I will get it Saturday. So I did etransfer the next day early morning coz I need my car back. I followed up with the representative who’s handling my car from the dealership (who kept my car safe) if they did pick up my car and she said no one came to pick it up. I kept calling on them throughout the weekend to follow up after I sent the $800 unfortunately, no response and clear answer from them. After many times of calling, Jessica phoned me saying that there was a system failure that’s why they can’t get my car. Another excuse I received from them was their truck broke down. Like in between those days, I kept calling them to follow up the status of when are they going to pick up my car and kept asking where are they going to drop it off. No concrete address or place where I will get my car. Amanda said that the driver would contact me if its ready for pick up! Not professional making business coz no any action taken after I deposited the money. They don’t really cooperate when it comes to follow-ups! I still email and phoned them to ask for a refund but they never reply anymore and disappear. I am still hoping to get my money back! Your company name doesn’t match the service your making- too slow and poor service! *** *** **** ****** ***** **** ****** *** **** ******** We worked so hard for it! ** *** **** *********** **** ***** ***** Just do your work and do the right thing! I will definitely not recommend your company to others- poor service with lack of communication! You don’t even deserve a one-star rate!
