    Aug 2022 Same poor workmanship and professionalism as other complaints. Looser shows up and caused damage to my new home, left a mess and crew was totally drunk one day.Once confronted for his lack of care and supervision he stiffed me with a pre paid $8000 deposit and some crappy stucco work that rdck building inspector made me remove as it wasnt done properly.Do yourself a favour and avoid west kootenay stucco and stone.or whatever his company flavour of the day is.

    He made us give a $2000 deposit, we called him for months before he showed up and did part of the first layer of stucco. He made us pay for the bags of stucco mix, as he was broke, plus he asked for $200 for gas so he could return to finish. Then left all his equipment, mixing machine, ladders, scaffolding, piles of garbage and debris, drop cloths, wheelbarrow, buckets etc. and never returned. It is 4 months later and his junk is still in the way in our yard. He billed us for the first layer and said he'd deduct the money we gave him, and the price of the stucco we paid for from the final bill. He indicated he was coming back a few times, but never showed up. Now we get no response. He's totally ghosted us.

    Still waiting for ******************* to come back from the store two months ago when he asked me to pay him some money for supplies. Can't get a hold of him now. Scammed me for 300.
