    Great service and concept knowing that You can trust this company to pay on time without any hassle.

    I just sold my *** ** to Canada Drives.
    They have streamlined the buying (and selling, I am sure) process so well that it is pretty much seamless.
    I would like to convey a big thank you to Matt W******* who was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable with respect to all my questions about the process.
    Equally, Avery who was the one who took possession of my vehicle at their ******** lot was very professional and thorough with the paperwork.
    Of course, there is always scope for improvements in any process, however, in my experience, my only suggestion here would be "Keep up the good work!"
    This is a honest and genuine review by a straightforward Customer who just sold his vehicle. Thanks, ****** *********

    I am soo disappointed with Canana Drives that i do not even know where to start. I was looking for an specific model (electric or hybrid). I filled out the pre-approval section on the Companies website and after sometime, i got a call from one of the “sales representatives” to discuss my application and to advice that they will be in touch once everything is being finalized. After some time, they emailed me and asked for a bunch of documents (pay stubs from all my employers, letters from previous lenders confirming my old loans being paid an closed, payout letter from my existing cars, pretty much doing all the rep job, etc). After sometime, I just got an email advising that the car I was looking for was to expensive and the max loan amount that I was able to qualify was $32,000. Thinking that this was true, i did not proceed with the application because they were offered me cars older than the one I wanted to trade in and with more kms. 2 weeks after, I got a called from a dealership and they were able to approve me for the ***** ** **** Hybrid and i was able to trade my sons car as well. So at the end I realized that the problem was not me, it was the lack of training and the poor customer service of this “Company”. * ** ******** *** *** ****** * **** **** ***** ** ******** **** **** ******** **** *****

When you applied with us, our finance team worked diligently to secure an approval from one of our partnered lenders. Unfortunately, in some cases, banks will request additional documentation to satisfy any stipulations they may require. If the bank does require stipulations to be met, our finance team will request and send all required documents to be confirmed by the lender. We work with many lenders who help individuals in all different credit situations, we try our best to get each and every one of our customers approved for the vehicle of their original choosing. If we are unable to get the selected vehicle approved by the lender; yet we have the approval secured, our customer service team will send a list of vehicles available on our website within the lender's specific approval parameters. This option was presented to you, however, you ultimately decided to decline to move forward with a different vehicle. We understand your frustration on this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.     Ok....then please explain this for me please.
    I applied to purchase a ********** ****** After providing all sort of documentation including pay stubs for all my 3 employers, letter confirming that my ******** leasing was closed when there is evidence of no activity for over 2 years, letter from ****** **** indicating the payout amount when I think that is something the Sales Rep should be doing. After 1 day, this was the email I received:
    "Hi *****,
    *** **** **** *** ******* *** ** **** ********* **** *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ******** *** *** *** ***** ******* * ************ **** ******* ** ******* **** *** ******** ******** In order to qualify for the $0 down payment that you applied for, you will need to select a new vehicle. The vehicle must be a 2017 or newer, with a maximum of 105,000 KMs and with a maximum price of $32,000. * **** ******** * ******** **** **** ** ******** **** *** ***** ********* Please let us know if you see something you like here, and we will submit it for full approval. Please let us know if you have any other questions that we can help with"
    Now, if all things you were saying in your reply email were true. I would be driving my ***** now.
    Please answer this for me,
    1/ Why you were just able to approve me for a unit older and with more kms. Why should I trade a ******* 2020 with 40,000 kms for a 2017 ******* or 2019 ****** with 60, 80 or a 100 kms?
    2/ Why somewhere else was able to approve me for a ******* ***** ** ****** 2022 with no income verification and $00000 down payment rather than $27,000.00 ***** * ***** for the same amount of the ***** with the exact same bank that had my *******?
    3/ Why on top of the ***** **, I was able to trade my ****** * **** *** *** 2016 for a **** ****** ****** 2017? *** ***** ***** $0.00 down payment as well. And I can proof it.........
    I am sorry, but it is more than evident that your resources are so limited* *** **** ** ******** ** ******* *** *** ****** *** ******** ** *********
    I will share this because I do not want other people to go through this like I did. ****** ******* *** * ** ***** ** **** **** ** *** **** ******.

    I sold my car to Canada Drives, who paid 20% more than the dealership where I used to take the car for maintenance. I called them on Friday, their associate explained the sale process very clearly, I delivered the car on Saturday and got paid on Monday. Absolutely no issues, I would definitely sell to them again!

    I offered to purchase a **** ****** ***** from Canada Drives. They put a hold on the vehicle pending my loan application. I sent in every document requested, and they kept saying their underwriters were working on the loan. I saw that the hold on the vehicle was removed, and one day later, they requested more documents from me, including a void cheque.
    The vehicle was soon put on hold again, for purchase by another customer, yet Canada Drives kept requesting more financial documents from me, saying the underwriters needed more info to get me the loan. I asked them for what loan?? which vehicle??
    The vehicle I had offered to buy was already sold to someone else. Also, while they claimed they were acquiring my financial documents to present to a lender, there were three queries on my credit file. I had made no other offer to purchase any vehicle or anything that would require a credit check, ONLY the offer to purchase the vehicle from Canada Drives. The queries into my credit files lowered my score from *** to ***.

    Unfortunately I had the disaster of dealing with Canada Drives, right off the top their website states “ ** ***** **** ****** “ when that’s what I got, the tires were balanced wrong( 10 ounces on one tire when my mechanic fixed it, said it only needed .5 ) there was much more damage then the pictures had shown, a lot of dents and scratches they didn’t show in pictures and now after a month my brakes are squealing embarrassingly loud. When I had called the first rep they were ********** towards my questions about changing my breaks for me and stated as long as it passes inspection for safety then they will sell the car. The brakes should not be making noise from being that low in one month of making a bigger purchase such as this. For that I give 2 stars and now wish I just went to a dealership where they will actually work with the customer to fix problems they state have been fixed before sale.
