I am writing to file a complaint against OneClickAutoLoans ********* ********* ********* **** **** ****** *********** ******** *** ********* ********* * ********** ***** ****** ** ******* *** ****** **** ****** *** ***** * ****** * ********** ******* ******** *** ** ****** OneClickAutoLoans misrepresented their "Buyback" program, assuring me I could return the vehicle within a year for any reason. This turned out to be false, as it was a conditional "Trade-in" program.Despite multiple clarifications with their staff, no concerns about misunderstanding were raised. I signed the contract based on their assurances, unaware of the deception.A few months later, no longer needing the vehicle, I contacted OneClickAutoLoans to return it. To my dismay, I discovered the true nature of the program, rendering me unable to return the vehicle.Efforts to resolve this amicably via email were met with silence and lack of cooperation. I requested email communication *** ** ** ************ *** the need for transparency. However, a staff member repeatedly called me ignoring and refusing to accommodate my requests, displaying unprofessional behavior and a potential attempt at intimidation. When I cited potential violations of consumer rights due to deceptive practices, the staff member ceased communication. In response, I lodged a formal complaint with the ***********************, providing evidence of their improper communications, my contract, and site content that contributed to my misunderstanding. Now, I am submitting this complaint BBB to farther seek a resolution, namely to return the vehicle and end all financial obligations.Addendum: Please find in this complaint attached screenshots of my text conversations with an employee, call logs from the same employee who ******** me, unanswered emails to the company, statements from their site which confirmed my understanding of the buyback and the contract which I signed.Thank you for your time and consideration.

Purchased vehicle November 2021 from One click auto loans. They fired the two salesman who sold me the van. The office explained the salesman were making false promises and screwing clients. Justin was one of the salesman. The van has Over eight thousand dollars of repairs done and I wasn't informed also doors won't open in cold weather, many issues etc. Local ***** dealer won't touch the van, advised me to return it ASAP to where I got it . MHADI at one click auto TOOK RESPONSIBILITY for the two salesman and Mhadi Offered to help find a new vehicle and promised he would take the van back. Mhadi then stopped answering his phone. Simply put, two representatives from One click Auto sold me a lemon , were disciplined for this action by way of being fired and it's the responsibility of One click auto to resolve this issue.
