  Months after I applied online for a car evaluation, this company called in regard to my application. I told them I wasnt looking for a vehicle. I already had one on order. I asked for a loan comparison on what I already was offered. They continued to ask what I wanted in a vehicle, then the first person out a colleague on and I splained it all again. He said-well, what do you want me to do for you, my dear!! Ugh. I told him I wanted to compare financing and apparently they were selling cars so i didnt want what they were selling. Should have been end of story. They continued to phone and text me. Both the colleague and the texts bordered on rude. I asked for them to dispose of my private info-They replied that I had sent it to them! I dont suppose they have much clue about privacy laws. Who wants to deal with this kind of BS. My adviceAVOID like the plague!!

  ***** and ***** displayed me the wrong car and then sold me another one. Promised me to give me extra $500 as a compensation. Stoppped picking up my call and then totally blew me off.Never have I ever had this kind of experience dealing with any business.

  This company promised me that I could return my vehicle to them at any point within one year of receiving the vehicle via their buyback program. This was a lie, it was not a return but an exchange for a different car entirely that they offered. I no longer have need of a car. Had I known this distinction I never would have entered into my deal with them. I trusted them to be truthful in this matter however they were not. The contract I later learned did not reflect what they told me at all.Do not trust them, they are predatory. If they do this to you also know that you have legal protections and recourse against them for this. *******************************************************

  *** shot out to the entire team at *************** my vehicle was written off and I needed something within a week, not only was I able to purchase my vehicle from the comfort of my own home, they also delivered it directly to my door. I highly recommend ************** to all my friends and family Friends.

  I purchased a vehicle with this company In June of this year. The truck was a good vehicle but came with a few expensive issues for a just purchased vehicle. For one I was told I was recieving a loan at a rate of 9 percent that ended up being 14 or *****. The tires, I was told were snowflaked marked and good for winter ended up being warn out ******* which while getting a leak fixed was told would not fixed as tires are warn out and very poor condition, so thats another ****. The vehicle called for an oil change on the gauge after about 1000K of me driving it which tells me was not serviced before being sold. Then there is the warranty that I was told was good till ****. Instead I have a company taking ***** out of my account for 48 months. The staff were very good and customer service oriented, but a lot of deception was passed on. Was delivered in the evening and that went well also but when spending the amount on a vehicle as did expected more

  Searching for a vehicle can be a daunting task, especially if you know what you want in a used one. That's when I literally clicked on OneClick online and decided to see what they could do. They found me the truck I wanted with a good price and set up the financing.
