      I recently ordered a couple of items from Aritzia and did not receive the following items:Wilfred *************** in Black, size M The Effortless Pant Satin in Black, size 6 The Effortless Pant Flex in Black, size 6 After filling a complaint with the concierge service, they are refusing to issue me a refund for the items I did not receive. I am not sure if the items got lost or stolen somewhere in transit or if there was a mistake from the packing stage, but I am missing these items and I should not be held responsible for covering the costs of these when I did not receive them.Case: ******* Order A1277324

A thorough internal review has been completed and based on the information gathered, we do plan on upholding the decision to no longer allows orders to be shipped to the client, nor proceeding with reimbursement. I spoke with customer service representatives about my missing order and they confirmed that part of my order was missing. Shortly after I received this email. I would like to receive a refund for the merchandise I did not receive.

      Have been shopping with this company for years 7 plus at least know a lot of managers with the company within the last six weeks I've had two issues with the customer service team jsut simple things that could've been resolved, one of them being a missing package. 2/3 were delivered properly and the 3 was not. Not only was I not heard out and told I am no longer to shop online when again a simpler resolution or any customer service could've looked into a missing package and instead I was blamed and believe I was discriminated on and treaded unfairly poorly tried to escalate with head office and head concierge team to be told I can't shop with them online and it is my fault. I'm not sure when we started treating long term customers so poorly but I had explained I had just lost my mom and needed that outfit for the funeral. There was no condolence or sympathy instead I was banned from shopping online a little aggressive cruel and unnessary.

      Its started within last few months that this company started to email me someone else's receipt with her personal information. So I contacted they are reaching out with wrong person and email address and stop doing that so delete my email address from their system. I received a replies stated it's been taken cared but it keeps happening after I attempted to contact them multiple times.I am living in ************* and not been to their store in ******. Please do not contact me.

      The order never arrived, the company refuses to replace, refund or provide store credit for the order. The company has taken over a week to make this decision despite multiple calls, emails and speaking to upper management.

      I am rejecting this response because I was told on February 18th that I would receive the credit by Tuesday, February 20th. I was told on February 22 I would receive the credit that day. Then was told it would arrive today, the 23rd now I am told I will not receive it until future (date unknown).

      The supervisor I spoke to on February 20th told me they will only help customers that they like and feel are deserving of help. Another rep told me that they will push the date for credit into the future every time I ask when I will receive the credit as punishment for asking where it is when it does not arrive.

      I bought a jacket when it was on sale. Under their size&fit information, this should fit a customer who wears xs or s in other ********************** clothing. Unfortunately the information is misleading which I checked before purchasing, way too baggy for me to wear. I have a same coat but shorter version sized M that perfectly fits! I wear it everyday so I know my size. When asked for possible exchange or return and got refused. **************** was not helping and claimed to fit differently even if theyre the same coat.

      My Mega Cargo Sweatpants shrunk significantly after 1 wash, I set up a return with Aritzia and they have yet to refund me after a month. When I contacted ***** I was instructed that Aritzia would need to file a claim....Aritzia refuses, now I am out the $85 and the shrunken sweatpants.

      Hi,My name is ********* and this complaint is regarding my order placed with Aritzia. On December 27, 2023 I placed order with Aritzia for winter jacket. Original price of jacket was $328 but they were having extended Christmas discount going for special orders and jacket was available to buy for $124 instead $328. I attached receipt with this complaint of my purchase.Now after one month of placing order Aritzia cancelled my order due to limited stock. I lost other deals in Christmas days to place order with Aritzia. I placed order with Bench first and then cancel it when i saw Aritzia deal for $124 (receipts attached) and now Aritzia saying they can't ship my order. Please assist me in this complain against Aritzia because why they were accepting order if they were not sure about stock. I tried to resolve this matter with Aritzia via online chat but only they relied apologies. This is not how it work i was so existed for my order and I was waiting impatiently for it but email i received is "your order is cabcelled", this is kind of customer's exploitation that you are advertising and receiving orders for items you are not sure about.Please help me resolve this matter with Aritzia, it will be much appreciated.Thank you.

      We're so sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate it being brought to our attention. This order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory. While it doesn't happen often, items in high demand may become unfulfillable if multiple clients are trying to purchase at the same time.

      I am rejecting this response because there is no solution in their response. It is not my fault if they are having inventory problem. I lost deals at other place because of them because they cancelled my order my one month of placing it. I lost all Christmas extended deals and new year deals because they took whole Jan month to cancel my order. I request Aritzia to provide me jacket at the same price I ordered before. If they dont have same jacket available they could provide discount on any other jacket available to their inventory.

      I placed an order on Aritzia.com 12/21/2023 for my Christmas gift a pair of emu lo stinger boots micro for ******. They were a gift so I wasnt able to use them until after 12/25/2023. These boots are labeled as water resistant and do not need treatment before wearing in wet elements such as rain and snow. Its a little over a month since I have had these boots and a light dusting of snow brushed the top of both boots which I then let dry out and unfortunately they were permanently stained from that . This was only about 3 times of wear and now the boots are ruined. For water resistance and a brand who warranties for a year their boots I expected more. I immediately reached out and let Aritzia know what had happened . They asked for pictures and proof they are water resistant which I provided. One rep offered me a 30 percent refund . I let them know that did not work for me as the Damage is permanent I would like to return the boots for a full refund since they are defective. Another rep answered and said the water resistance means they will still get ruined in rain or snow and they wont offer me more than a 30 percent refund - which is unacceptable to me. I let them know and I have also owned this brand boot in the past many times and been in rain and snow and never encountered the staining. They are unwilling to help and I let them know I would be contacting the better business bureau.

      On January 16 ****, Aritzia packages were stolen directly off my porch and replaced with a box of cereal. Within 20 min of the packages being delivered, my Dad found a box of cereal and brought it inside and asked me if I was expecting that. I said no. I then proceeded to wait for my Aritzia order and it wasnt until two days later that I checked the tracking info and realized that theyd been delivered on Tuesday - at the same time the box of cereal was left.That said, I work very hard, Im a single Mother with two kids and live alone with my own mortgage and two dogs. I purchased those items to wear to work and spent $300 on the 3 sales items combined. I dont have a lot of disposable income and I cannot afford to make online purchases and then have them swiped within minutes of delivery. I also cannot afford to replace this purchase as I dont have another $300 to spend on clothes at this time. I have always purchased online from Aritzia and I have never had this happen before.A signature should have been required upon delivery and The Aritzia tape all over boxes looks quite appealing to whatever teenager / young adult who took my boxes.Aritzia refuses to take any responsibility for their part in this situation and so does ****** This should not be the consumers fault!
