      I have an order placed on June 21, 2022. order number ************* there are 11 deliveries in this order.
      Delivery 2, tracking number *************  There should be 3 pieces of define jackets in this package, but I only got 1 jacket in this package. The package was very light, not as heavy as 3 pieces of jackets. I was worried that something was missing, so I recorded my entire unpacking video.
      usually, I don't have this kind of worry at all when shopping on other websites. Then I contacted lululemon customer service about this and submitted my video for them to make it easier. I guess Lululemon's shipping warehouse has cameras and they use RFID technology. it's very easy to find out what happened. But they directly refused to investigate and refused to refund the under-delivered goods.I can not upload my video mvp4 here, so I will upload the screenshot of the video I sent to lululemon. and upload the receipt here.
