    Defective E-Scooter, No Refund, No Accountability I purchased an e-scooter from Gyroor and received a clearly defective product. The handlebar mechanism is loose and unsafe I submitted video proof showing that it cannot be securely tightened. It poses a serious safety risk if ridden.Since June 26, I have politely requested a refund multiple times. Instead of taking responsibility, Gyroor has continuously asked me to "fix it" myself (responded by ai) . They have refused to issue a refund or arrange a proper return. I live in a very small apartment, and this unusable scooter is taking up unnecessary space.This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I should not be expected to repair a defective product that arrived in this condition. Gyroor must take accountability and honor a full refund immediately.I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

    I purchased an electric dirt bike and it never came. Nearly $2,000 with of products. I have called several times and I have tried to make contact with customer service but I get no return calls or messages. This company is geared towards kids and family and they took my sons Christmas present right from underneath us. Very sad.

    I purchased 2 scooters from this company. The first scooter came with a bent rim. I have been trying for 4 months so far to try to get the company to send me a replacement rim. I provided them with proof of purchase and the video of the wheel wobbling that they requested. Im not asking for a replacement scooter, just a simple rim!! I guess after reading the other reviews Im feeling fortunate that its only a bent rim. I will continue to request the replacement rim and I hope this company will do the right thing. Never give up!

    My daughter's Gyroor H40 scooter had the throttle switch brake and kept the scooter at full throttle. Luckily my daughter was able to stand on the break and bring it to a stop then jump off. This scooter is only 7 months old and she rode it about 7-8 hours since new. The worst part is after 21 calls to Gyroor and 3-4 emails, I can get a response or a new part. They do not honor their warranty, and I can't even buy the part since they also not respond. These scooters are dangerous and their customer service is the worst and non existent. Buyer Beware!!

    Horrible company. I purchased my son a ****** board. The battery denied just outside of the warranty period so I sucked it up and purchased a replacement battery. That was over a month ago. They have yet to issue a refund and won't reply to my emails. Buyer beware. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

    Do not purchase anything from this company!!! Bought a hoverboard for my son for Christmas and when it was finally nice enough to take it outside a few months ago within a short period of time the left side of the board stopped working. Contacted the company via email, which is the only way since no one answers the phone, and did as they instructed sending a video and my order number etc.. Received a reply with a video to take the left side cover off and disconnect the motor wires and reconnect to see if that was the issue. Did not work. Was then told they were going to send me a new motor, which I have to install, but couldn't tell me when it was coming because of the Chinese new year. Still waiting over a month and still nothing. I asked for a repair center that I could take it to and they said they would get back to me. Still waiting. The address is in ********** but that is just a distribution warehouse and the "About" story is BS. Again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

    The absolute WORSE company and i will never ever ever purchase anything from them again. I would even purchase a paper bag. They sent me a scooter where one of the tires will not hold air. I've taken it to get fixed twice and the same issue keeps happening. Apparently the tire must have a hole. Anyway i have been emailing for months almost 6 to be exact and they have responded twice but with no resolution so i want my money back and i had to even threaten to get a lawyer. Please dont buy anything from these scammers! I wont stop until i get a resolution!

    Gyroorboard is a TERRIBLE company I bought my daughter a $400 hoverboard for Christmas last year she never has been able to ride it one time because of a malfunction in the battery. I have been trying to get gyroor to fix the situation for 9 MONTHS I have emailed them 20 times and I have called and left messages at least 10 times and I still haven't been able to have them resolve the problem. If you order from this company say a prayer that your product works because good luck if not. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Absolutely HORRIBLE company. At this point I believe that the reviews and ratings of 8/10 for a hooverboard are false!!! I received a defective hoverboard for Xmas. Thankfully ****** allowed me to return it since it was fresh out of the box and never ridden. I ordered another board. I charged it, my 8 year old rode it for 1.5 months and now it won’t charge, turn on! Total junk! Sadly I’ve been trying to contact GYROOR for 2 MONTHS and they respond to your initial email with we are so sorry. Can you please tell us the problem. What are the lights doing on the board/charger? Can you please provide the order number and video of the problem however they do not respond after this. Thankfully ****** is willing to return the board AGAIN since this company is not honoring their warranty. I have emailed them over a dozen times; called 3 times; joined them on ******** to try to see if others had the same issues and have sent them multiple ******** messenger messages with NO RESPONSES!!! This company is total crap. Very grateful I’m getting my refund through ******. After I get my refund for this board I’m going to spread the word to whoever listens as they are $400 hooverboards with a 6 month battery warranty and 1 year product warranty however the company doesn’t honor their warranties!!!! So very disappointed!!! Total junk!!! I’m going to stick with Target for hooverboards as we still have a ****** hooverboard that we got on sale for $70 3 years ago that still works. Never a problem with the ******!!! Please save yourself the time and headache!!!
