I'm completely shocked. * *** **** ** when I purchased ************* gla 2020 warranty through LGM Financial. I've sold the car and never used the policy at all. When contacting them, I was informed that the protection package will be cancelled but I will still be paying another almost $1900 for it. Looking at several other reviews, it's obvious something is seriously wrong here. I would never have agreed to these rulesLGM Financial Services Inc

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the business practices and customer service Ive experienced with LGM **********************. I traded in my 2020 Kia ******** for a newer Kia ******** at ************. The financing manager at the dealership assured me that my existing policy would be cancelled as part of the trade-in process. However, I was shocked to discover that the policy was not cancelled, and I have continued to pay for a policy on a vehicle that I no longer own.After realizing this error, I contacted LGM Financial multiple times to resolve the issue, but they refused to cancel the policy as I had requested. To make matters worse, I have now been charged a $50.00 penalty fee on this policy, which is already a significant ongoing cost at $12.00 bi-weekly. When I inquired about this penalty and asked for an explanation, LGM was unable to provide any clear answers or justification for this unexpected charge.The lack of accountability and poor communication from LGM Financial has been extremely frustrating. Despite assurances from the dealership and my attempts to correct the issue, I am still stuck paying for a policy that should have been cancelled. The charges continue to add up with no resolution in sight. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with LGM Financial, as their handling of customer concerns and billing practices seems to be unprofessional and lacking transparency.LGM Financial Services Inc

I purchased a used Volkwagen on Nov 30 2024. A main selling feature of the vehicle was that it came with an extended warranty, that was purchased when the vehicle was new. The original owner simply explained that the warranty was registered to the car, as that is what they were told when they purchased. They paid approximately $4000 for this warranty. Recently I was trying to find out details of the what the warranty covered. I did contact the selling dealer but I never received a response. I was able to find out who the warranty company was via ********* customer service. This is LGM. I spoke with LGM on Feb 10 2025. They informed me that the warranty was only valid if it was transferred within 30 days of ownership transfer. I nor the original owner were aware of this. They told me to fill out the required form and submit the required documents and they would review the transfer request. I contacted the original owner and had the form and documents completed, and emailed them in on Feb 12 2025 (2 days after I found out this information). They responded saying that they reviewed this case and and will not transfer the warranty because it is outside of 30 days. This is not acceptable. There is no reason that a 30 day window should exist. This is negligence on the selling dealer and also an unnecessary fine print detail that is hoping people are unaware of. They also wanted $100 to process the transfer which they told me to send after approval. In my case, I responded with all the required information within 2 days of becoming aware. I now have a vehicle that I paid extra for because of the warranty, that does not have warranty. They told me they reviewed this their management team and will not make an exception. I acted as fast as I could once I became aware of the transfer requirements. The dealership and *** failed the original owner, as well as myself.LGM Financial Services Inc

The response that I received was the same as the others. I've phone LGM to try and cancel my extended warranty due to no longer having the vehicle which was covered with it I no longer have. They told I had to keep paying for it which is 66 month coverage. Why should I keep paying for it if I no longer have the vehicle The only information they gave me was the policy number ******* and duration of the contract.I don't recommend getting an extended warranty with LGM Financial Services. They lock you in a contract and can't be able to get out of even if you don't have the vehicle for which is covered under.LGM Financial Services Inc

Im paying the *** *** insurance to a vehicle which I already sold. T*** ** *** **** *** *** ***. When I called the customer support and asked to cancel the *** insurance on the vehicle they threatened to pay as it is or pay in full. I dont know what is the logic ****** ******* *** asking to pay for a vehicle which I am not owning and the finance on that vehicle is fully paid. Simply the vehicle doesnt have a finance any more and LGM charging for a *** insurance. Please dont go for any insurance with them. **** *** ********* ***LGM Financial Services Inc

*** should stop scamming people. My car is out of additional coverage being 200k but *** is still ripping off money. I talked to the *** Rep, he was so rude and told me straight forward to do whatever you want, we will never stop getting money for two more year. It has no sense to give them money for nothing., What is heck is this, why they dont tell the detail while purchasing the package.
