Worst customer service Ive ever had, 2 hr wait for roadside assistance request, then they disconnect on my phone call and dont call back. I ended up calling AMA for towing and got towed within 30 min.Anyone who purchases their extended warranty may as well kiss their money good by,LGM Financial Services Inc

Would rate negative if possible. No longer own the vehicle but cannot cancel the coverage. Have never had a claim and not looking for refund, just looking to cancel policy I can never collect on or use. Very disgusted in this service!LGM Financial Services Inc

DO NOT purchase this warranty. I have been charged double the price monthly. I was told I had to go through the sales men to cancel it . He told me if I let the payment bounce it’ll be canceled, I was told I will receive a cheque and be reimbursed for the 1000 dollar deposit and all the payments … WRONG. I was hit with 140 dollar NSF fees and the next month the payment was taken out again. Here we are a month later and I’m still waiting on the reimbursement cheque and I am now being ignored. Sold my vehicle that had gap insurance coverage. Will not cancel the policy and insist I have to keep paying it even though the vehicle is sold, and was worth more that what was owing on it anyway. When purchasing the vehicle was told I could cancel once the value owing was near the loan amount if I wanted. This was clearly a lie by the dealer. I reached out was to LGM directly was was told I have to keep paying it. This is absolutely insane. They are not providing coverage for anything now and yet they insist on continued payments? DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FOR LGM Financial. They will steal from you if you sell your vehicle before the initial term is up!LGM Financial Services Inc

Absolutely horrible and want to cancel. I am going through a rough time right now and missed a couple payments due to leaving an abusive relationship. My daughter and i are trying to get back on our feet and i hope i can cancel as theyve charged me 9 nsf fees in 3 weeks. Totalling way more then i owe them. I'm completely shocked. * *** **** ** when I purchased Kia Appearance Protection through LGM Financial. I've sold the car and never used the policy at all. When contacting them, I was informed that the protection package will be cancelled but I will still be paying another almost $1000 for it.
Looking at several other reviews, it's obvious something is seriously wrong here. I would never have agreed to these rulesLGM Financial Services Inc

************ have the same experience with LGM Financial Services I bought a car at a Dealership over a year or so ago , was talked into taking their extended warranty , I have now traded the car in and I tried to cancel my extended warranty that I no longer need as I no longer have the car. I too was told I can't cancel and have to pay the remainder 3 years of the contract, I was never told at the point of sale that this could happen and never told that I had 30 days to cancel, I was not even given a copy and the agent did not offer any solutions, just that I have to pay.What a rip off!LGM Financial Services Inc

It’s like i have the same experience with LGM Financial Services Inc **** *** ****** *** **** ***** *******, i bought a car in dealership year ago and sold because i am moving to other province but unfortunately i do have an Insurance for that car that i bought and when i am trying to cancel the insurance the agent told me that I can’t cancel it no matter what, i was trying to find a reasonable solution about this but they can’t give me some, but instead the agent told me to pay out the remaining 3 more years so i can get rid of my monthly payment. Just like the others saying that were gonna pay thousand of dollars for this insurance even we don't own the vehicle anymore. We don’t need to get any refund but we just need to cancel the terms because we don’t need it anymore. Hopefully they can find any solution with this matter. I am willing to have an arrangement with LGM in a fair way not that they are asking me to pay a thousand of dollars without any used.LGM Financial Services Inc

We purchased an extended warranty for our 2017 *** ******** with LGM Financial Services. A claim was submitted for wheel bearings and a reluctor wheel. This should have been covered under the warranty.
My claim was denied due to minor rust. The Service Manager even stated that it is a sealed component and rust is not the reason for it being faulty.
After much frustration and disappointment, and numerous phone calls. My claim was denied. I am $1300 out of pocket.
I take my car to **** regularly for car washes to clean the underside. I had the car rust proofed. What more preventative measures could I have taken?
I live north where there is snow and ice and salted roads.

We bought a used 2010 vehicle in December 2020 with 110,000km and purchased a warranty from the same dealership covering 3yrs or 70,000 km. On Tuesday Oct. 4 we had a breakdown and had it towed into the dealership. A compression test has shown 2 cylinders with no compression and we've been told we need a new motor. After dragging their feet LGM is now saying our claim is denied from lack of information. Third party saying they've never had this problem before with a claim and meanwhile over 5weeks later our car is still not had any progress. This was the first nice vehicle I've ever owned and thought I was doing the right thing by getting this warranty (which was also a first) and now seems worst decision ever.LGM Financial Services Inc
