      Horrible company stay away.The direct payments have not come out of my account once since getting the loan. Been paying (extra) through e-transfer every two weeks, on time!Been getting ********** emails every two weeks. *********** to take me to collections for money they already have.They deposit the e-transfer then seem to forget about it. Very poorly run operation

      impossible to get a hold of, my account manager does not want to answer emails, I only get paid once a month so I am trying to move my payments but no one is responsding to any emails and I keep getting charged a 50 dollar extra fee

      This company is a *****. I made extra payment to my account to lower my principal amount. After several attempt contacting support specialist to check my account they were not able to solve my problem and theyre still investigating. I wish i could pay this off and never use this service again.

      I took out a loan several years ago from this company. I had just contacted them to take another loan out. They had informed me that I had not paid my bill off from the original loan which is a lie they also said my bill was in collections, which is another lie. They say I owe $175 on a $300 loan. They had a promotion of borrowing $300 and paying it back within 90 days for no fees to be charged. I did this and they still continued to rack up money that they say I need to pay. This company is not to be trusted and I would not borrow from them again. If anything I'm going to have the New world order and Illuminati shut them down for stealing from people and fraudulent claims

      My account was hacked and my email was changed so now I have no access to my account there is no customer service and my bank account is being withdrawn

      Had 3 prior loans several years ago with no issues but time was a extreme stressful experience. Spent more than a hour with 2 reps asking for unusually personal info such as account numbers and login information, pdf reports of all transactions. Afterwards transferred to a third who insisted on the same info again. I felt as though they were invading my privacy. My account has not changed and was not willing to supply login info or continue any longer with their foolish waste of my time. They don't even deserve 1 star.

      They offered 20 dollars to sign up with ******* no strings attached, I signed up and got nothing. They claimed that I did not meet their criteria. As soon as I can find a way out of the mini loan, I am done with this company.

      They shouldnt offer emergency loans if they arent going to give them out, they charge a high enough interest for them. You give them all your personal information, waste your time just to tell you that they wont give you the loan you requested. Poor business ship. I for sure wont be recommend this company to anybody, it will be the opposite.

      i paid my loan off and they are still charging me payments and over due fees! even after they **** you with interest by only taking the interest no payments towards your loan. and worst is they make it impossible to connect with anyone to talk about this so they just keep stacking charges
