      I had a flood and decided to go with new vinyl flooring thru insurance with jordans flooring. I have been dealing with buckling floors the very 1st month it was installed. He been over many times and had his guys try and fix the problem. His solution was to.glue it down, but it's still doing it in areas where it has been glued. He had told me cause of what I'm using on my floors that may be causing the problems. So washing my floor with a little of water and vinegar is not gonna make my floor buckle and lift. So his next solution was to.have a inspector come and look that he paid for. It's been a month since the inspector has been there . I called the inspector and asked him if he gave **** the result. He had told me he gave **** the results 2 days after he inspected the floors. I have started calling **** and he hasn't called me back as of yet. If you can help I would appreciate it. Thank you

      Jordans takes all customer service issues seriously and we have reached out to the home owner and are currently working with her to find an acceptable remedy to address her concerns.  This process was already well underway. We are confident that the issues with her floor will be addressed to her satisfaction and she will be happy with her flooring for many years

      Here is a snapshot of the scenario:Nov 11, 2021 I suffered a category 3 flood in my house. Flooring throughout my home needed to be replaced. July 2022 - Flooring was replaced in my house by Jordans flooring in ******* August and Sept 2022 - I had to call the flooring company back numerous times to fix pieces of my flooring that were not sticking. October 2022 - a report was made stating the installers used the wrong adhesive, the wrong sized trowel, and the wrong technique for installation. It was also stated to me that the upstairs (1 bedroom and 1 hallway) had the wrong subflooring for this product. I asked if I could change product and was told no. I was then told that they would install the flooring using the same material using the correct technique. I was then told that there would be no warranty on the bedroom and hallway as it was the wrong subfloor. I agreed to this as I did not feel I had any other options. They told me (in writing) that the sub floor on the main was the appropriate sub floor and that I would have warranty on that.March 2023 - Mar 13 they started to reinstall my flooring. Cutting corners and not pulling the flooring up from under appliances and in closets. On Mar 14 after 2 full days of work I received an email stating that the sub floor on the main floor was the wrong sub floor as well and that there will be no warranty. March 15 I was told they were going to stop "wet setting" the floor, they will re-glue the pieces that pop up and there will be no warranty given to me. Prior to installation none of this information was given to me. When purchasing the product, it was not mentioned that there was a special sub floor required.
