My wife and I jumped into the Condo market weeks before Covid began to escalate, the suite badly needed new flooring which made sense to take care of prior to moving in. With Covid increasing uncertainty we arranged to have vinyl plank flooring installed throughout the suite by an installation contractor recommended by Jordans. Because of the new Covid restrictions we could not go see the flooring progress. The contractor after the installation disappeared ( apparently moved back to ******* ). The floor was horrible, very uneven thoughout the suite. When we contacted Jordans the sales staff had been laid off and we were unable to get anyone to address our concerns. Every time we called there was someone new and we had to re- explain the situation. Finally we got a response and they sent out a ***resentative that took pictures and agreed the floor was not levelled prior to installation. Weeks , months went by with no response. Contacted them again and that *** was let go and another person came and took pictures with the same ghosting response. My wife and I decided to go in to Jordans in person and talked to yet another new person who sounded sympathetic and arranged for his trusted installer to come look back in October2024. He immediately recognized the poor installation and apparently ***orted back to Jordans. We have never heard back. We do understand the warranty on the installation was only for a year but we were handcuffed with the inability to contact anyone. The flooring itself is fine but starting to lift because of the poor installation. We originally chose Jordans because of their ***utation for customer service

After just about 3 months. The worst service I have ever experienced. After 2 floor installation. First one so bad stopped it from getting worse. Second one took 6 weeks. Finally finished but have 2 to 3 different colours of tiles thru out the flooring. Have to redo again. First installation the guy made lots of damage to walls etc. Jordans said they would pay. Never did or would. Lies fighting to get my money back plus damages. Dont care at all. Having another company come to redo it for the third time. Jordans didnt care or really try to help. Run run run. Do not go to Jordans for flooring. The worst I have had to deal with. Just a bunch of bs and people who really dont know their jobs or care. I even asked them after the first installer make sure the new flooring is the same colour as the first. No one checked. Again run fast. Dont waste your money or time. Go somewhere else. Trust me on this. Been in construction most of my life. Never seen something this bad ever

in response to the recent situation concerning ********* flooring installation. This has indeed been an unfortunate and challenging situation for all parties involved. The initial order was for 300 square feet of SPC tile. Unfortunately, Mr. * W was not satisfied with the finished result. During the installation, we faced unexpected delays, largely due to Mr. * W requesting the removal of our first installer, who is one of our top performers and has completed many show floors in our retail locations. Once we secured a second installer, further delays occurred due to necessary subfloor leveling, which required time to cure. It is important to note that Jordans absorbed the cost of the leveling, as our salesperson did not discuss these potential costs with Mr. * W during the sales process. After the installation was completed, Mr. * W raised concerns about a few tiles with shading variances. Following a site visit that included Jordans representatives, the manufacturers representative, and a third installer (since the second installer also chose not to return), it was determined that the installation was within industry standards and the shading variances were within product specifications. However, the manufacturer agreed to support a remedial action to address ********* concerns. A third site visit was scheduled, and it was agreed to replace the tiles in question with closer matching ones. All parties concurred that the product was installed correctly and the repair was a standard industry practice. Subsequently, Mr. * W visited our head office unannounced, demanding to speak with management. He no longer accepted the agreed tile replacement and insisted on a complete floor replacement or a full refund. Given that a full replacement was neither required nor justified, we nonetheless agreed to a full refund to resolve the situation. Regrettably, even after agreeing to his demands and issuing a full credit, Mr. * W requested additional compensation. It is worth highlighting that Jordans invested over $700 in the subfloor leveling alone. Despite the correct installation and the product meeting manufacturing specifications, we endeavored to meet Mr. * Ws expectations twice. After agreeing to his final demand and issuing a full refund, it appears our efforts were still unsatisfactory to him. We sincerely regret that Mr. *** is not satisfied with his floor and that we were unable to meet his expectations, which, unfortunately, were beyond industry standards. We believe the decision we made was fair and reasonable given the circumstances.

Customer service zero. I've been asking for help from Langford re an instal repair
      for weeks with no response.
Selected this company on reputation. Totally failed expectations.
Initially were told flooring could be fixed in install. Never was.
      So disappointed.
