    I proceeded to order a forklift part, which I ordered on 8/22/24, paid the part with a credit card but could not get a shipping charge after paying for the part, which said company said that between ***** minutes i would be contacted with a shipping price. I placed the order at about 7:30 I was contacted thru email about the shipping charge at 12:30. I called the number sent to me with no success. I started calling from about 1:30 til about 7:00 that evening. I called this morning about 7:45 to process the shipping charge and stated my complaint to which I said that now my part is one day late because they did not answer my phone call, that they could not do anything about it. The lady on the line, I felt was not listening to me and said "Doe this complete your order" to which I said "yes", then she said have a nice day with no response to my complaint. This delay affects my business, affects my customers. Overall, bad business, poor customer service.

    This email serves as a formal response to complaint ID of ******** filed against Solid Lift Parts on 8/23/2024. We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by *********************.

    We understand that ********************* is experiencing a delay on the shipment on his order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In response to this we have already issued a refund to *** in full amount of his order and he get to keep the part. Please see attached image for reference.  We have already contacted the customer directly and already settled this matter to him. We have explained to him that we moved our website to a different server and we are understaffed during that time.

    We value our relationship with the Better Business Bureau and are dedicated to resolving customer issues promptly and fairly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
