    So glad I found Lift Parts Warehouse. I have an older forklift that needed a few parts. Everyone else wanted a fortune, but Lift Parts Warehouse had what I needed for half the price, and it delivered quickly.

    Excellent customer service. We ordered a part from this company through ******. Somehow we received the wrong part, which does happen with any company from time to time. The difference to me is how the company handles the mistake. As soon as I contacted the company with the problem, **** *. in the Parts Department took the ball and ran with it! I received the correct part within a few days and sent the incorrect one back to them. All along there was constant communication via email of exactly what was happening. Good customer service is getting harder and harder to find. With all tht automated phone systems and AI customer service out there, its nice to actually talk to a real person who can understand your needs and be able to communicate with you, exactly whats going on. Kudos to Lift Parts Warehouse and to **** for their way of doing business. More companies could learn from them.

    Initially was sent the wrong part but **** sorted things out in a timely fashion. Great customer service. though I was mailed the wrong part, it did ship out extremely fast. By the way, did i mention how awesome **** is? If not **** keep up the great work!
