    I ordered a BB gun Saturday morning with x press shipping added its 2days into the week now, no tracking number yet was even told its being shipped today, if I dont get it by Thursday Im requesting a refund I shouldnt have to pay 40$ extra for this headache I cant get a straight answer yet

    Horrible honestly save your money and go elsewhere I thought being a repeat customer would get me some sort of loyalty with this company but none at all spent over $300 to have no email show up and no tracking information so I didn't even know if my package was on its way as I haven't heard anything as it's the holiday fast forward to today and they either want to charge me another 30 to ship or take 1/3 of what I spent to refund me anything.     I'm sorry but this is not fair.
    Your order has been returned to sender since the package was unclaimed.
    We can't reship for free; when initially we shipped your order and it has been returned back to us.
    In addition, we have the lowest prices listed in Canada, which means our margin is tight.
    Anyways, it would be great if you can give an honest review.
