      Horrible company, it has taken them 3 months to fix my claim and charges you as you aren't covered. You have to 100 percent do your own research and they will shut down your coverage without notifying you or helping you through it. I sent my fax claim in and they "lost it" so I wasnt covered during a three month period. During that period I now have to deal with dental not being covered ect. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen, it is a complete ****.

      This is been further reviewed and the dental claim that you have submitted show only one day of service, April 1, 2023. This was submitted several times and no coverage was in effect to begin with and then eventually it was paid for.

      I faxed Pacific Blue Cross on April 26 to indicate an Early Return. They did not respond. I phoned them a couple weeks later. They said to email the form. I e-mail the form on May 16. 22 days later they still have not responded. I think they are **** artists. This is not the same service you get when you deal with regular Blue Cross. Be very wary if you see the word "Pacific" in front of Blue Cross it should indicate to you that the party you are dealing with is not trustworthy.

      Impossible to deal with. A partial refund is due and they are calculating it for 3 less days and besides no refund is forthcoming from....get this December, so 5 months. Can you imagine the lousy claim processing one can expect.

Please note that we are able to process the refund for the additional three days you noted, but we would require proof of your return in order to do so. Please send this request to ******************************************************** and ask that they send you the "Refund of Premium Form." They will need this form to be filled out, along with your proof of return, in order to process a refund.

      Very disappointed about the Customer Complaints Management of Pacific Blue Cross. I called and sent emails many times but only received an email from PBC asking me to send documentation to the email address, then what I sent was automatically rejected by their system, saying the document is against their policy (it's only a bank statement to show I haven't received the refund!)? No refund was received after the travel insurance cancellation from Sep 2022. Does PBC not have enough money to refund me which is just around $600? So, how about a medical claim, if any, from customers?

      Dear Member, It is our determination if you have provided the correct card number rather than the incorrect one of we would have processed the refund on the correct credit card. It is to my understanding that this has been resolved, and that you did indeed receive the refund in a timely fashion.

      I have been with several providers and these guys are by far the worst that I have dealt with. - Insurance Card was late getting to me (over 1 month late)- Since card was late I had to pay out of packet for dental services (basic check up)- They do not allow online claims for dental services - Basic dental services has to be filed using a paper document which you then mail-in and takes 5-7 business days to process. Online claims can be processed in 48 hours though.- Called customer service to get assistance filling out the form to ensure it would not be rejected. Agent said all that I could do was call the dentist office and get the additional information needed from them.- Agent was very **** and ******** at me during the call while explaining my situation. Every other insurance provider that I have been a member at has been much more courteous and understanding to deal with. Even being able to submit a basic check up as an online claim was no issue at all but for some reason here it is. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. This was my first interaction with them and it is very apparent they just want to take your money and will do whatever it takes to not give any back to you.

      They will not permit me to protect my personal identification information by providing a security question Such as "my mother's maiden name" Instead birthdate, name and a 3rd criteria. Added statement "in order to verify it's you" That is ludicrous ..unless I am standing before you with gov't picture i.d. you have no idea if it is me or not over the phone!!!
      I have a right to protect my personal identification information and given the risks feel they are in breach of my rights!

      Nope never dealing with BlueCross I was signing up for A later date when I had the money, and it was agreed I’d make my payment and then my plan would start. They took out 2 full payments amounted to $600 out of my account. Good thing I had no money, rather pay the $50 NSF than the $600 especially at Christmas time. I called to cancel and I wasn’t able to because I was past the 30day money back guarantee. WOW this company is just awful and money hungry… worst place ever Think ******* would be better

      Very disappointing. Blue cross is full of themselves. So prideful. No avenue to complain.
      I asked for a booklet with all my benefits. They sent me a booklet titled ‘’your Benefits” municipal plan retires.
      Ok. Does that not mean the services in this booklet applies to me?
      I feel I am mislead intentionally to believe this is my policy.
      I have to remind myself this is an insurance company. **** ***** **** ***** **** Only the money.
      They have *********** that hold information like phone number and refuses to allow you an venue to speak with a manager.
      This blue cross is not transparent. **** **** * ****** **** ***** And no doubt in my mind they will respond with the same response I read in these complaint.

      I have been trying to cancel my policy with them for over 2 months but they've refused to cancel it and continue to take my money each month. It's basically impossible to get through to them and I'm sure they're doing everything they can to keep me locked in and to refuse any potential refund.

      The cancellation of your policy was processed on Oct 13, 2022 and a refund for your September and October 2022 premiums was mailed on Oct 14, 2022.       #PacificBlueCross do not support #Diabetic lifesaving meds like #Insulin [ #******** #******** ]
      2. Their app and #*********** informs you to submit doctor note for #************** sensor - but when you contact frontdesk after 2- 3 weeks , they inform you to get another document signed by doctor- thus you need to have another appointment with ur doc and request him to sign one more - then send doc by mail only.
      Above all - if you want to get out of plan and exclusive services they offer - you can not. You are informed that you are trapped for 3 months locking period - you have to pay for nothing for 3 months.
      Attached is information from PBC app - telling you which form is required - fixed appointment , get doc signed and sent by mail- they never call - when contacted they inform you that another doc is required.
