    This company is a fraud. We signed up for them for 12 months, were charged after our contract expired and we had given ample cancellation notice and the little work they did for us was all garbage. Poor design, all their work was done in ChatGPT which didn't resonate our brand with the products and we started over several times as they churn through employees that are outsourced from all over the world that never understood our target audience or customer. Waste of $14k+ and awful leadership. Steer clear

    I used this company for four months and lost $12,000 in the process. They did next to nothing and I didnt get a single lead. I would warn anyone and everyone against using this company as they are terrible!!

    They charged me for digital marketing for months. They used an image in September of 2021 and it is not clear if they paid for the image they used on my website. Now a law firm is suing us for using an unpaid image. **** ***** ********* G. is the account director who is claiming the image is paid for, but unable to provide download information as the law firm is requiring. I have asked him MULTIPLE Times to provide me with their legal department and he is not providing me with this information. Please be aware of this business as they are unable to follow the simple policy of paying for images they pass on to their clients.

    Be aware. It is super hard to cancel. I subcribed it and soon found that I do not need it. So I contacted them to cancel. I followed their instruction and no there is no "cancel button". I wrote to them and got an reply that they are following. A week later I checked whether I canceld my plan just found out that I am upgraded to a 300USD plan!I wrote to every email I know from this company and no reply. I have no idea how long I need to solve it. I have to called my credit card company to declaine disable online payment temporarily till I solve it. Be careful. There is no cancel button! Be aware! you can not cancel it yourself! I was, am and will keep writing to them to cancel.

    Buyer BEWARE! They will sell you the **************** leads & support that never happen. ** met with this company in Feb 2024. At that time we were GUARANTEED that the leads would be flooding in.Since then we have only had 1 meeting which WASNT productive. ** have spent thousands of dollars to yield nothing. To make matters worse this company has publicly misrepresented our business on more than 1 occasion therefore tarnishing our reputation as a marketing agency. ** also signed up for a service to use their software for ads & never once have received any help on how to use the software as promised by their sales rep. ** have also requested meetings to implement changes that have never gone into effect while still paying over $1000/month.The worst part of this entire situation happened yesterday when trying to follow up with a potential lead.** supplied a response that was suppose to go directly to the lead and it was edited by their internal people prior to sending.This response was crafted and very personal for us as I am a survivor of sexual assault & physical abuse.The lead was for a company that is also connected with 2 organizations that help women who are trying to get out of sexual assault & physical abuse relationships.As a survivor myself it is important to always connect with women & have my voice heard. Wishpond SILENCED my voice.By silencing my voice you have yet again victimized me & shamed me for what I have gone through.To make matters even worse we have requested a meeting with their people to discuss what happened & have not received a single response. This company claims to be advocates for ***************** ARENT.They WILL NOT SILENCE my voice as a survivor of sexual assault & physical abuse.** have plenty of email chains showing gross negligence on behalf of this company from misrepresentation & will be happy to share our experience with anyone who is considering working with them. ** dont want this to happen anyone else or any other business.
