    Over promises and under delivered!! Their team is from all over the world with the worst grammar and repeat ads that I had to correct every single time. I hired them so I wouldn't have to take time out of my day to do it, but I spent more time redoing what they had done that they should've paid ME! They never return emails, don't hold up to their end of the bargain, kept charging me even after I had told them to cancel several time. I had to dispute with my credit card and then they said they would only return my payment after I took the dispute down! They finally returned my charge, but then charged me again! They're all incompetent, poor grammar, and terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

    This company started out great. Unfortunately after their "first phase," where you move on to take over the back end of the platform, to do your own revisions on your website, they were nowhere to be found. Their so called, ******************* nope!!!! Good customer care would have had follow up appointments to guide customers to be successful on their own.Spelling mistakes, and no testimonials added to my site, that were supposed to be there before finalizing the first phase. I could have done just fine using GoDaddy's platform with business, and sad to say, I trusted this company, and the end result.... I don't want people to go to my site to see it's clearly unfinished.I have tried to cancel my site and be done with this company since 2/20/24.... they continue to try and auto-debit my account, as of yesterday.... they still try to auto-debit my account. I do not recommend this company. Stick with Shopify or GoDaddy... user friendly and straightforward. Live people to communicate with, and best of luck with everything. I believe Wishpond, like any business that begins, means well... they just don't have their SH&* together. Ps ... I had to leave a "Star rating.." would not have left one. I had to leave one*****

    Intelligent, thoughtful marketing team that we're honest, on time and did what they said. True professionals and NOT the scam artists I've previously encountered in online marketing.     Before I signed up with Wishpond, I made it clear that I had hardly any patience for anything complicated. I was reassured that I would get the necessary support to get a good understanding of the program. I filled out a very long questionnaire shortly after signing up. I was actually quite impressed by the precision of the questions, and I hoped my detailed answers would be put to good use. They were.Fast forward, I just finished the onboarding process and, so far, I am pleased with the assets that the team produced for my website, email campaigns, and social platform campaigns. The visuals and the content look fantastic. The amount of information to handle is somewhat overwhelming for me, and I know the next step will be a learning curve. However, the tutorials, training videos, and customer support that are made available to the customer are a reassurance that I will not be left alone. So far, it has been a great experience.

    Our company obtained the services of wishpond in August of 2022 for a year contract. It was a bit of a bumpy road, but our website was finished in December of 2022. In late Sept 2023 I attempted to cancel the service as it didn't fit but couldn't find a cancellation capability on the website. The plans/billing sections only allows for change of card or to contact to change plan. I contact customer service and don't get a clear direction until 2 weeks later. After ***** minutes with the customer service rep, I told them I still want to cancel. Approximately one month later I'm still in limbo on the confirmation of the cancellation and have been charged again. Im concerned that our company will continue to be charged for a renewal we didn't ask for or agree to. I have the timestamped emails and I just want this to conclude.

    They literally told me the website was "perfect" for SEO and email marketing and after I paid $$$$$$ , they said they can't work with a word-press site and offered to re-design the site instead. I said I don't want them to re-design the site - I want a refund. But they are refusing. LoL how dishonest and wrong is that?!!! No one to speak with, this company is....... %*#$@)*@(@$(*@)@..... ** ***** ***** ***** *** * **** *** * *** **** * *** *** **** ********** *** ******** *************. They are a ****, they are *********, they appear well but their design is GENERIC & MEDIOCRE - best go hire a high schooler !
