    Hello, *** *********************,

Later that day, we received an email from you stating this:
I did not make it to the test venue as I found out I have ******** symptoms when I woke up this morning and was preliminarily tested positive, therefore I made a rushed decision of not attending the test.

    Hello, *** *********************,

Your case was reviewed by a management team at Paragon, not a testing centre. We explained to you the reason for our decision and don't have any more information to add.

    * ** ******** *** **** ******** ********** Mi doctor gave me a justification and confirmed that in a document thar I sent it to CELPIP in order to cancel the test and get a complete refund. They still say I have to pay 50% of the test fees even if I have medical proof that I cannot attend the test on October 8th 2022. I paid 224$ so I would have to pay 112$ for not being able to attend due to health related reasons! If I want to change the date, I have to pay 50$ and it will be when I am still pregnant since my due date is December 29th 2022! Changing the test date is therefore also not a resolution of the problem. The only thing that I ask for is to get a 100% refund.

We can confirm that the issue was dealt with by our Customer Service team. The test taker's test registration was cancelled and they received a full refund of their test registration fee.
