    Quite often their slots are dry. You end up betting $30 or $40, only to see occasional $3 wins for 2/3 of their online machines.No incentive to play...

    They are scammers scamming quickly and with smart strategy on roulette and other live games every thing is pre fixxed smartly and cant prove anywhere but when you see and analysis things yes they are scamming with numbers e.g. when they repeating the same number 3times it means they know where they are putting the ball and they use this practice many times to loot every day and once you come into their scam you have now choice to get rid out of that I scam $20000 by this govt orgnised scam I want just shut down this scam now for ever.

    Bclc ,playnow, casinos all huge *****! It's not at all random its 100% rigged. Done with all these sites. On JACKPOT CITY I have won in 1 week more than I have in 2 years on Playnow, casinos anything BCLC. It's legit and get my large wins. Bclc,playnow and casinos can shove it. *******!!! So *********! Maybe they need an internal review, cause something isn't right. *****

    There are too many problems with Playnow and the only advice customer service can give you is to"clear your cache" and "cookies". Then reboot your computer. Time after time this is their only answer. Lately been getting the message "player not allowed to place bet due to geolocation failure.I am in ******** and their is no failure.But call customer service...clear your cache and cookies. Playing triple play poker, held three deuces, system disconnected me and had to log in again. This time I did not get the 3 held deuces back. Tell me why this is. By the way, Playnow can see every bet you wager. Now the most recent one was held funds. I have over $800 in held funds but am not allowed to cash out until the WR is met. Give me a break, the WR is $1500.00. Who are they kidding. To add insult to injury, they said it was one on a PROMO. and I am not eligible for any promos as I "self excluded" 3 years ago. It was a GOODWILL GESTURE but customer service placed it in PROMO. Not my fault but now I am awaiting a call back from a Manager at Playnow which could take awhile. Oh and also the $800 must be played before May 22. I'm not done with them yet. This is all false and misleading information, or better than that....no information.

    Been playing on this site for two years... first year was winning lots and few JP's...then slowly over the last year they have cut my wins right down... the bingo site is horrible... same winners winning ***** times a day and yet others just don't and can't win...no.. it's NOT luck....bots?

    Deposited money with no issues on my ******* ******* phone. The site is extremely frustrating once you do well you get booted from table or slot machine it's a broken incomplete site that barely works. Tried to withdrawal and it's apparently not supported I used my debit card on my ******* phone and there was no disclaimer saying you will not be able to withdraw. I've been trying for days talking with customer support who pretende that they never heard of this issue and finally was told ia email that ******* and ******* is not supported. Sounds like a common issue to me. Support will literally *** to your face and make you jump though useless hoops when they know **** well what the issue is. How can they legally take your money without some sort of disclaimer warning you about the inability to withdraw from ******* users there shoukd be a class action suit against this site ibwould partake and the people should have this scam site shut down for good

    I won more than 20 thousand and still they blocked my account and I have not received my winnings. They said they sent a email to me for my bank info but they already have it and I did not get ANY email from them. I get emails from them every day so actually they do have all of my info. I spend alot of money here and I am very upset. I was counting on receiving MY winnings
