I have used this company for three separate moves at different times and I won't look elsewhere. They show up when they say they are going to, they are personable and helpful, and they have always treated my belongings respectfully and carefully. The company was quick to reassign a new crew when the first one didn't show up. The new crew was very helpful, willing to do the extra mile (literally .. long convoluted access path) and there were never any fusses or complaints. Everything went smooth, I'd use them again and recommend them to friends!Mini Move Inc.

The ******* branch is brutal. If I could put negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Movers were late, slow, lazy, and didn't even finish the job. They damage your items and their customer service reps **** at communicating and don't pay for damages. I wouldn't use this company again if they paid me. Zero starsMini Move Inc.

I moved June 1 2023 my initial phone call was pleasantly fast and easy communication.The reminder email was a pleasant feeling everything is in order.and for the amount of boxes I had *********************** and ****** never made a complaint.I work at a ****************** in construction quality control and these guys did a great job I recommend these guys for next move.Thank you CheersMini Move Inc.
