    On My Credit Card, I was charged 35~38 dollars from Unison every month for the past 12 months, and I do not recall subscribing to something from them. So I contacted the *** to cancel collecting payment from them. but they've told me to manually contact the merchant to cancel the collecting payment. I looked into my account and didn't see any billing history, that's charging me every month. So I contacted the support, and they told me, I'm subscribed to their "**** *** ***** ***", which I had no idea of subscribing to, since I had no notification or email of notice of payment nor, any billing history that is charged monthly on my UNISON account on the billing info page. Nor that there is any subscription to it. I contacted the support to ask for a payment, they told me they would not refund me because it was overdue. When I replied, there must've been a system error, since my Unison profile, clearly did not show any subscription nor did I have any billing receipts. They can see, that my account is subscribed. And they never replied. the only recall that

    non-delivery of products from February 27 and then an email was received saying they charged me again for product not delivered. Two $17 charges were incurred.

    Good evening. I'm contacting you one last time, hoping that someone will fix my issue instead of simply dismissing it and assuming I have been answered already. Support needs to pay more attention to my questions. Please read and understand what I am asking for before disregarding this email. On October 20, 2023, I ordered the Midi Chord Pack from the Unison Audio website. I was charged $27 at that time, which is what I agreed for order #*******. I then agreed to the upsell of the Famous Midi Chord Bundle for $97. The website shows I was supposed to be charged one instance of $27 and one example of $97. I agreed and paid. Approximately two hours later, I was notified that my account was charged twice for the $27. I sent a message back to Unison and was told to email ********************************** for a resolution. On October 21st, I had not heard from Support, so I sent another email to Unison. My concern was completely disregarded, and I was told I could not purchase the famous bundle without buying the **** chord pack, so the charges are correct. They didnt even attempt to reply to the evidence I showed regarding the double charges. On the morning of October 24th, 2023, I sent another email to Unison because support had utterly ignored my requests. There was no answer for the remainder of that day. On October 25th,2023, I sent another message stating that support had yet to respond, and I again reiterated that I was double-charged for the $27 bundle. I asked them to look at all the charges and explain what each one is for. I had hoped that they would find the error by doing this. My response was even more abrupt than the one I received previously, and I was told that I had been answered already and should check my emails. There was no attempt to help me, and support still had not reached out to me. I sent another email asking for some help and tried to find an explanation for the three charges.
