    I could just copy and paste what ************** wrote below, but he was a little too kind in his phrasing. The Unison Audio website is just one massive case study in false and deceptive advertising; the "Fully Protected", "60 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee", "No Questions Asked, No Weirdness, No Hard Feelings" is not only 100% pure BS, it is only the beginning of their deceptive practices; unfortunately it would take up well beyond the two thousand character limit to describe everything. Not only did they reject my requests for refund, after the third product return they just preemptively said, in essence, "Okay, your done returning stuff now, you reached your limit." When I had the gall to point out their deceptiveness, they threatened legal action against me for "Fraudulently trying to get a refund." They didn't mention the terms of service until my third or fourth email and didn't give me the reference until I requested it, and at that time is when they bluffed/threatened to "meet me with legal action." I will also be filing a complaint with the ****************** ****** about their false/deceptive advertising practices. They have been the object of scorn and ridicule on countless forums and ******* Reviews of their products scamming ways.

    This company advertises all over the place that if you are not happy with their product they will give you a 100% money back refund if you ask for one within 60 days, with no questions asked. They do not stand by this claim. What they fail to mention in their advertising is that they will only offer a refund for 3 products. The way they get you to purchase these products is somewhat misleading as well. You buy one thing and then they make you an offer for another product at a reduced price and it sort of seems like they are all getting bundled together. At first, I was interested in their product so I ordered it, but the whole process felt very scammy. After a few days I decided I didn't feel great about the purchase and didn't download nor access any of the products. I sent a letter asking for my money back and lo and behold they come back and respond that they refused to refund 100% of my money as claimed in their advertising. Instead they say their terms of service state that they will only refund the 3 most expensive packages but only 3. I had apparently ordered a total of 5. Mind you, this statement is burried on their website that you gain access to after you make the purchase. Their whole marketing ploy is pretty shady and they definitely do not put out front that you can only return 3 items. So no, they do not offer 100% no risk gaurenteed money back as they claim. Do not get sucked in by their marketing deciet. Also, I made my request for a refund on Sept 8th, it is now the 19th and I have yet to see a ***** of refund, even for the 3 packages they agreed to refund.
