I am rejecting this response because:There's a flaw in Indigo Parking's system but was never given an answer since I started reaching out time them from March 25. Complimentary parking is a nice gesture, but I wasn't going for anything financial. I was being passed around and ignored, just kept getting told the same thing even though I given them the proof.
Would want to see the flaw identified and explained why it happened, and of course fixed so no future customers have to go through this.

Indigo charged for a parking violation which did not even happen. On Dec 21 I was going to pick up my sister from Airport who was traveling alone for the first time and was stressed out and dealing with personal issues. I received a call from her and only for less than 15 seconds to confirm the location I stopped after looking around to find no signage AT ALL. I confirmed the location and never parked or stopped at a no parking spot. Indigo sent me a ticket 3 months late on April 4, 2023 for this and is asking me to pay $107.60 which I find absolutely absurd and not willing to pay. This should be cleared as I am not willing to pay for a violation I never committed. License ******* And notice no #*******. On top of it, images are unclear and do not show any parking signs which were placed. I do not see any violation at all in the pictures.I am financially struggling to keep up too. Hi, I was pulled over on the shoulder of a public road. I was not talked to by any person or official and got this in the mail. This is a private company. None of their people even spoke to me. Never asked if they could help, or of if assistance was need. Instead I got a Ticket. I don't believe if a private company has authority to even ticket me on a public road. This company has no care for when my car is registered and when to give it a parking notice and demand money.
I visit my sister that lives at Cityscape Plaza in Calgary. I park in the designated vistor parking lot of the condo complex and registered my car plate on Indigo's online website. These instructions are on the lobby poster with their QR code. After website registering, the website gives a confirmation and eventually an email is sent with a pass. ( I have attached every registered pass for my car since my sister moved into the building. I do not forget and do not stay for more then 2 hours.)
My first problem came on March 30, 2023. I scanned the QR and registered my same car on the same website. Again, website gave confirmation but no email came to me. Immediatly there was no worry because the email confirmation has take up to 10 minutes before. At 7:00pm, Mar 30, when I was leaving, I see a parking notice on the car. (attached notice:0709430)
I spend the next 12 days call the company Indigo Park Canada Inc, on their Calgary contact number: ************. I left detailed information in their voice mail system about the issue. I never received a returned call or information of their own dispute process. (attached Call logs)
I am dealing with this stress of visitng my sister at her place and receiving a notice that was not warranted. When on Apr 21, 2023, this time was a confirmed email of registration (attached April21 pass) , I receive another parking notice (attached notice *******)
I do not trust this company, I am not going to spend more of my time contacting and leaving more unanswered messages. There website has not information about dispute resolution. The company's action on Apr 21 prove again that there is no regard for registered cars and giving a parking notice.
I am seeking both parking notices to be cancelled.Business Response

I paid $335.00 for an annual pass on September 26, 2022. On January 30, 2023, I notified Indigo Park that I wanted to cancel my annual pass. It is my understanding that the refund was approved on February 2, 2023 however no refund has been received to date. I was also advised that, although I paid for an annual pass, I would be charged a monthly fee of $57.00 for the supposed 5 months used on the pass so the refund would only be $57.00. Their website does not indicate that their refund policy is to charge a monthly rate. With no clearly stated refund policy so customers would know, the pass should be prorated on an annual basis. Additionally, the pass was only used for 4 months not 5 months. The refund given should be $223.00. I would like a refund as soon as possible.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. The refund policy is buried in the website. I do not find the refund policy to be very fair.The refund policy says that refunds should be received within 4 - 6 weeks. It is now over 11 weeks and they are saying that I will have to wait a further few weeks with no deadline in place. I would like the refund to paid as soon as possible otherwise they should provide interest on the outstanding balance. Please ask them to process it right away and indicate when I should receive the funds.

This Company is unreachable, their contact form does not work, they have no phone number on their website, Now, Ive got a ticket and I would like to dispute it as we were parked in a reserved lot, working for the owner of the reserved lot, authorized by the owner, in front of ***********************************************. I requested by email a $200.00 refund charged to my **** for duplicate 4 Months of parking permit at the *************************** Campus in ******* on January 9, 2023 and again by telephone on January 14, 2023. I received an email on January 16, 2023 stating that my request would be processed within 4-6 weeks. On February 28, 2023, I did notice that the permit had been cancelled but I did not received the $200.00 credit to my **** ( I had sent my credit card information with my first email). I received another email on March 17, 2023 stating that my request had been sent to a manager and that I would hear back shortly. I got a parking ticket last week, but I paid for parking. On ****** maps I was informed *** parkade was lot 232, I had never been there before so I had no Idea that it wasn’t, as I was informed otherwise online. I paid for parking, my receipt is attached, and came back to my car with a ticket for lot ***. Had I been informed correctly I could have paid for the correct lot but the information was wrong and I don’t believe I should have pay this ticket as I paid for parking but was misinformed as to the lot number. Today, March 20, 2023, I received a parking ticket at ******** **********. I paid for parking from 11:30am -12:30 in Lot ***. The ticket was issued at 11:56 am. When I got home I checked my **** card which showed the payment for parking had gone through. When I tried to dispute the ticket on the website (as stated on the ticket) the email would not process. I tried several times. I have evidence of payment and evidence that ticket was wrongfully given. When I tried to call their number, the call failed. The issue is that when I went to the site to dispute the ticket, the site buttons don't work so I was unable to actually send the information. I tried several times and the Indigo site would not process the dispute. The phone number they provide also does not work. I tried again tonight. Their website 'fillables' would not process.
