    I had pre paid for 4 months of monthly parking.

    I canceled the parking and requested a refund back on Jan 18th 2023.

    The company still hasn't refunded me after numerous phone calls and emails back and fourthm requested to speak to a manager and was told someone would contact me in 3 to 5 days...

    Was told I would get my refund this week and still haven't received it.

    I just want to receive my refund

    - October 24, went to Vancouver Canucks game. Parked in Indigo parking lot, and paid for parking - though machine was giving us issues
    - when we returned to car, we noticed we had a parking violation ticket
    - we checked credit card statement and saw that they had actually charged our credit card TWICE so we in fact did pay for parking but they tried to give us a ticket anyway
    - I disputed this right away and in November the company emailed saying that they would process a refund in 6-8 weeks
    I have not received the refund and every time I call they say "it will be processed in a few weeks", and they still wont send the refund.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests we are not able to process refund on time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!     Parking Notice#: ******* issued on March 03, 2023 at 8:36 PM.AB plate no. CKR0921 I came to visit my friends who recently moved to their new apartment. I registered my car online and also provided my email i.e. ***************** for the confirmation receipt which I never received. I was unaware when my parking time was going to expire so I asked my friends and they told me that it was for 12 hours free which supposed to be at around ****pm. When I went downstairs at around ****pm, I see the ticket attached to my windshield. This was so bad experience to see $70 and it ruined my whole trip to *******. I need it to be waived. Please and Thank you.

    I received a Trespass Notice from Indigo Park showing an infraction Date Jan 20, 2023 at ******************************************************. Notice # *******, Claiming a payment of $85 to be paid before Feb 18, 2023. I contacted the pohone number **************, where they gave me the instructions to check the pictures of the vehicle parked in a prohibit area. I accessed to check the pictures and is only one pic of my vehicle back but it is not showing where the car was or if was any traffic signal or if the car was on movem, nothing that I can conclude that the car was parked in a not permit area. I asked for more pictures or video to prove the iligal situation that they accused me. They only offer as a "Courtesy" to reduce the amount ot pay to $63..The name of the person that attended my call is Thericia. I requested avoid the tickets because it is not an evidence tatht I was trepassed a property or the car was parked in a prohibit area or stopped in a prohibited manner along roadway.

    The parking lot in *** building ******** which offers 2 hours free parking to *** supermarket customers. The machine did not work after a few attempts. I went in *** supermarket to report the issue while picking up the groceries. Groceries receipt issued on Jan 27 @12:10Pm; parking ticket issued at 12:05PM. As a customer, there should be 2 hours of free **********************. We did not get the parking receipt because the machine did not work. $65 ticket issued. I reported it to Indigo and they reduced the payment to $15 administrative fee. I would like to report this incidence since we have been discussing this with **************. They are aware that Indigo has been very aggressive in issuing parking tickets to their customers. In this case, the paying station is not working, that is the reason of not getting the proof of payment. Without the proof of payment, Indigo refused to withdraw the case even the proof of the store purchase is provided.

    This company is engaging in unethical and predatory business behaviours. I purchased parking for my vehicle at a lot in downtown ********* on October 26, 2022. According to the receipt, my parking expired October 27th at 6:00 AM. My plate details were correctly entered into the machine, and I still have a physical copy of the payment receipt in my possession. At 5:35AM, I received a ticket for $65 for failure to pay for a parking space. I also received a Towaway Notice from ************, a copy of which is also in my possession. I only received a duplicate copy of the towaway notice, which is in violation of ***************** Bylaw ****, section ****. It was also issued far before the required time had elapsed, which is also in violation of the same bylaw. I contacted the company on the day I received the ticket. I received an auto reply which confirms the email was received by them, but no further follow up response. I was then notified the ticket was not cancelled when my partner received another parking ticket in January (payment was also made). I contacted the company again demanding the original Oct 27 ticket be cancelled, and the company refused despite me providing proof of valid parking (again) and providing copies of all relevant documentation (again), citing that I had not responded within the required 7 days. They had clear information that the ticket they issued was illegal. I strongly believe this company is purposefully engaging in unethical and predatory behaviour by issuing tickets despite valid payment in the hopes people will pay the fine without being legally obliged to. The ticket they issued violates Contract Law and ***************** bylaws. I have attached all relevant documentation for your review.

    I am writing you tell you of our upsetting experience attending your lot ** *** ****** ***** ******** *****.

    We, as most attending events, were running late. We had a tickets for a 6:15 show and were in a rush.
    No attendant to direct us we used the Q/R code on the pillar next to our stall **** *********. I actually scanned the Q/R code twice as I wanted to register without making an account.

    BOTH times I was taken to a site immediately asking for payment registration information. Being in a rush we filled the info out, received an email of some payment being processed, and continued to the show.

    Afterwards, when we returned to our car, we noticed a parking ticket for $65 on our windshield. Looking into what happened and we also had suspicious activity on our ****.

    Turns out the site the Q/R code had taken us to was fraudulent. We have been charged other fees, had to cancel our card, and due to the nature of 'pushing charges' need to monitor our account.

    Nightmare. What a frustrating nightmare to a rare evening out.

    Monday - I returned to Canada Place to the exact sign I scanned to take the below photo. 2 times it took me back to the fraudulent site. The next 3 times it opened the correct Indigo website.

    Does this issue occur a lot? Being such a busy area I think it must.

    I am willing to pay what is fair for our parking at Canada Place and deal with the consequences of the misdirected website.

    I got a trespass noticed in my mail on the 24th of December that was dated for November 29th, 2:01 PM. I went inside Indigo Parking lot that day and I did not park at any of the phohibited parking spot. ****** map routed me to the wrong parking spot and I unkowingly entered it. It was by mistake. I even got out of the parking area within 3 minutes after I asked a staff there at that time. They willingly let me go. I did not know it'll be escalated. **** ** **** * ***** I didnt leave my car attended nor stayed at a spot for more than 5 minutes.

    Snow storm in Vancouver Night of Dec 22, 2022. time: 6:16pm
    Hockey game- heavy snow in parking lot, everywhere.
    My vehicle not blocking any vehicles or entrances!
    Vehicles on left & right, front.of me. **** ******. Sure took my parking money. Attended must of had cold Night, no Spirt.

    Please note the parking lot was clear and there was no snow in the parkade. (We have pictures of your vehicle and the parking lot with no snow) Parking Notice ******** was issued because you were parked blocking vehicles. Where you parked has no lines to show that it is a parking stall, therefore the notice was issued for obstructing/not a parking stall. We will cancel the Parking Notice ******** as a one time courtesy. Future notices will not be cancelled for obstructing, weather or not you pay for parking.

    October 3 at 2:58 pm I was issued a ticket for parking in Indigo Lot ****. * *** ******** ******** **** ** ******* *** we paid for the spot as indicated by the attached receipt. I parked in a row of vehicles in the middle. There were no signs indicating anything.

    I do not think I should have to pay a fine for a spot when I have already paid the agreed upon fee for parking there.
