    Terrible company! Do not use under any circumstances! Ticket you after you purchase parking. Don't answer emails or phone messages.

    I had a 3:30 pm appointment with my doctor at a different location. I went to Princess Street Royal City Mall for a 4 pm meeting that lasted about an hour. I made a purchase and have the receipt marked at 5:18 pm. I then went to my car and there was a parking ticket that was for parking for over 4 hours. I was there for one hour and a half. I have phone and left VMs at their office. * ******* ** ******* *** * ***** ******* ***** * **** *** **** **** * ** *** * **** * ******* **** *** * **** ** ***** ******* *** *** ******** ** **** *** **** ******* ** ****** **** **** ** ** *** **** ***** *** ** *** **** ** *** * ****** ************** I'm willing to go on record about both matters to the public. ** ******* ** ***** * ****** ** * ******* *** * ***** **** *** **** ****** I cannot believe that the employee could not calculate the time so I believe it was done deliberately. I can prove where I was during the day and have my doctor, shopping receipt, and the testimony of the person I met with. I want them to remove the ticket. I have ALL the EVIDENCE of my whereabouts today.
