    This company is the worst. They use ****** to have parking signs available but invisible for a reasonable person who got into their **** stalls. I am sure they make a lot of money from unaware drivers.

    Dear Mr. ******, Thank you for your review. As noted on our record, notice ******** was issued to your vehicle for a violation of "Parked in a Reserved stall." The stall has a visible sign on the ceiling and a stencil on the ground that says "Police Vehicle Only." Photos of your vehicle parked on the stall was also sent to you by email. Unfortunately, the notice is valid due to the nature of the violation. I understand that you have requested our Guest Services Team to consider voiding the parking notice, but with careful consideration, we have reduced the notice to $25.00. We kindly request that you make the payment for the reduced amount of $25.00 within the next 10 days at **************************************. Failure to do so will result in the fine reverting back to its original amount and potentially being sent to collections. We strongly advise you to familiarize yourself with our parking lot rules and guidelines to avoid future violations. Currently, the parking facility you have parked in remains open for business. As such, we are obligated to maintain consistency with everyone's application of the rules and guidelines. Please appreciate that we are not in a position to make any exceptions at this time.     Having the sign on the ceiling and the writing on the ground is * ************ ****** when someone turns the vehicle 180 degrees after entering the garage to get to that stall, neither of the writings can be visible. And Indigo can fix the sign visibility issue - it must be written right in front of the parked car so that driver sees the sign before turning the engine off. As it is done everywhere else. * *** **** ******* *** **** ***** **** ******* ** ****** ** **** **** **** ***** - every time I go to the mall there is a car of an unaware mall customer parked there.Such business practice of doing "legal" *** ********* ****** can not add respect to this company.

    Avoid this company if you can. You will get overcharged, you will get a ticket, and you may get towed. I used their online site after 6pm, and got charged the full day rate from 5:59pm to 6pm having already paid for the day. I have my receipts, but I've been waiting for resolution. Private lot so they can ticket any amount. Mine was $85. I do not trust this business, and i suggest you keep your receipts so you can appeal.

    My brother is disabled. Schizophrenia and mobility issues We parked at lot 218. Concord metrotown ..lots of open spots near construction. We didn't see any signs or Meters. Asked construction worker like 15 mins later if we need to pay. Went to machine way near indigo store. Didn't accept the coins we had. My brother and i didbt have debit or credit card. So we went across busy street to get cash. A half hour so later we made it back to machine. Didn't accept the 5 dollar bill. We located a agent inside the card. But he still gave ticket. My brother wasn't able to.get a new pair of pants

Please note that the location where you have parked your vehicle in Metrotown ******* (*****) has signs throughout the property alerting guests of the guidelines and indicating that the parking lot requires payment and that some portion of the Metrotown ***** ******* is not open for public parking. We understand that you tried to pay, and because of the difficulties you have experienced on our machines, we have now cancelled the parking notice ******** issued to the vehicle with plate ******. We suggest contacting us for assistance at ************ if the machine is not accepting any payments. Customers with disabilities that require accessible stalls must park in a stall marked handicap and must display a handicap parking pass. Unfortunately, the privilege to use these stalls still requires you to abide by the parking rules and regulations posted on the parking lot signs.     Absolutely horrible company. I had a parking subscription at my place of employment. I tried to cancel my account but the app would direct me to the website and the website back to the app. My bank told me to cancel my credit card before the payment came out because they made it impossible to cancel. Then a few months later I get an invoice from them, after not having parked there for months (I had proof of this) the lady I was dealing with had zero compassion. Now they have sent me to a creditor and its destroying my credit. I cannot believe this is legal. There are days where the app doesnt work, and neither does the machine in the lot, and they still come around and ticket everyone.     What an awful company. They Just want to make money on students back. I had to pay a fine of $690 for my son who had already paid for a parking subscription (super expansive) because he parked on a wrong spots by mistake. I wish *** parking could be public and not for profit. :(

    I would give them 0 stars if I could. I paid for my parking via **** app for two hours, came back to a parking ticket, there is no means to contact them except by email.

    Was given a ticket for parking at the Lonsdale Quay within one minute of parking. Because of the construction there are only a few parking spots. The indigo parking rep was issuing tickets so fast several people were complaining that they were just paying for their ticket. My receipt for parking was time stamped at 1:09 and the ticket was time stamped at 1:10.
    The technician is unable to cancel tickets and you are directed to the payment site to dispute them. However there is no clear dispute section on the company site and after filling in the contact information twice my dispute email was rejected.
    I guess I am necer parking at the Lonsdale Quay again because I can not even dispute the ticket I was given.
    Bad customer service and no ethics in ticket issuance.

    The Agent Tickets you even thought you paid for monthly parking pass.
    Super expensive to park at their lots, and they don’t provide discounts to group employees.
    Can’t get a hold of customer support via email and telephones.
    Worst coming ever!

    This company is a joke! Paid for parking pass first month renewed it got a couple tickets threatened to be towed emailed indigo and they said parking pass is cancelled. Checked banks statement payment was taken out 15th if both months called “ customer NO service “ for her to say send in bank statements do that along with confirmation email approving parking pass for current month and still say need more info call my bank payment was delivered to their account 17th. Ask for a manager you need to email
    This company is ridiculous to a student attending university which we pay for too!
