1 starI am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the continued lack of response and poor service from this company.Despite repeated attempts to reach out, I have not received any replies from them. I left a message in January which went unanswered, and again sent an email several weeks ago regarding an urgent matteralso with no response. Earlier today, I tried to contact this company again due to an urgent issue before Easter. Although the operators repeatedly said they would transfer my call or pass on the message, no one ever got back to ***** contrast, I regularly receive one-sided notifications from this office, such as sudden notices of entry into my unit on specific dates, with little to no regard for my availability or input. It is extremely frustrating that while you are quick to issue instructions, you consistently ignore my communications.This ongoing lack of proper communication is unacceptable as a management company. 1 starAbsolutely terrible management company. Extremely poor communication, little to no action taken on issues within my townhouse complex. Simple things like obtaining quotes, scheduling work, sending approvals for work that must be done, and even returning emails seem to be too difficult for our community manger **** ************. We are still waiting **** (4 months now) for quotes on landscaping services. ****** ***, who is quite active at responding to reviews on this site, has not responded to my emails regarding the extremely poor service and inaction taken by our community manager.Our management fees to tribe have risen year after year, however, the service has gotten worse and worse, and when you try to hold them accountable for services you are paying them for, they will drop you as a client as they did with my complex. 1 starThe tribe management company is a terrible and horrible company to deal with . They are extremely irresponsible , they have no ethical values in them . They just dont care and continuously ignore addressing their clients interests and inquiries . I had to sell 3 of my rental units located at ******************************************************************* just because I was so tired of their mismanagement . They sucked sp much of energy out of me to make them to be responsible . I suggest to every one to refrain from dealing with this ******* and horrible company . Even though I have paid all my fees to them well before the units were sold , they are still holding my funds and refuse to inform the buyers lawyers to release the money and refund me . I work for Tribe Management for many year as a vendor and provide various services. It is the best management company I worked for. Communication with Property Managers is excellent, and coordination the repairs between tenants and contractor is very quick and professional.I would recommend Tribe to all contractors and future tenants.Tribe Management Inc.

Unsafe office environment.I've worked in office buildings for 25 years and have never encountered such a complete lack of concern for tenant safety. There are major security issues in our building and the regional director has done nothing concrete to solve them despite many tenant complaints and numerous break- ins by masked criminals. One group carved a whole through a wall with bladed weapons to access a secure office from a main hallway.When finally confronted, Tribe finally admitted that the reason the issues haven't been resolved is because they were trying to save on costs.Tribe Management Inc.

I've lived multiple condominium and have experienced multiple condo management companies in my life but this is the worst ******* ****. I have sent 4~5 emails for last 2 months to the community manager, never got replied, and gets completely ignored. We were unable to locate you as a client with the name provide, however please note bylaw violation notices and applicable sanctions are issued on the specific directions of the Strata Council. I can absolutely relate to all the other horrible reviews and am equally appalled by Tribe. I find it criminal that they are taking our money in exchange for a ridiculously subpar service. We have had 5 different community managers in 24 months!! Residents should be able to feel confident in the individual and company paid to represent them in the management of their property, which is apparently a foreign concept to Tribe. I understand that its hard to find effective and reliable employees these days, but please stop trying to manage more properties than you can respectfully handle.Tribe Management Inc.
