  Do not use this company! We had items moved and every aspect (other than the sales person) was a total disaster. Pick-up was late and then items were dragged across floors and banged into walls. Noticed items going into the truck uncovered and when I pointed it out to the pick-up team I was informed they would be covered at the warehouse. I contacted Atlanntis via email the next day with my concerns and once again advised items would be covered in the warehouse; items still arrived uncovered. 95% of all our furniture was scratched, dented, or broken and all boxes were incredibly smashed up and falling apart; surprised that more items weren't broken. Some items were lost in transit and were told that since we packed them they wouldn't be covered. I advised that they had packed them not us - no answer from Atlanntis in regards to this. Specialty items, e.g., bike, golf clubs also arrived damaged. Upon delivery was told there would be a surcharge due to the amount of steps into the house and if I didn't pay it they would leave items on the front lawn. I had contacted the office in regards to this previously and it should have all been taken care of. Once again, items dragged across floor (scratching the hardwood floor) and unceremoniously dumped in the house. Contacted Atlanntis in regards to the damage and that it was due to them not following their contract, e.g., not covering items upon pick-up and they advise they did everything right. However, I have emails to the contrary as well as the extent of the damage and type of damage definitely shows items weren't covered. Once again, DO NOT USE!

  The customer service and the quality of the service are incredibly disappointing.A staff member from dispatch named ***/**** told me I could cancel my move and hung up on me after telling me that my pick-up date was getting moved a day later. They gave me only a 24-hr notice which caused me fees to reschedule my flight and hotel fees. I escalated my complaint to the manager ****** who was equally unhelpful. She said that they gave me $50 off and that my complaint has been addressed. I complained about her staffs attitude among other things, and she did not offer any apology until I reminded her that this situation demands an apology.They also delayed my drop-off date by a day due to the truck needing inspection.The condition in which they delivered my items to me was dirty. I am also MISSING items (a huge container full of clothes).

  NEVER EVER, EVER // USE ATLANNTIS MOVERS! WE ARE DISGUSTED WITH 28 PIECES MISSING OF 99 TAKING 22 DAYS TO GET DELIVERY. OUR HIGH END FURNITURE DAMAGED, ALL TABLE TOPS USED AS STORAGE. DROPPED FURNITURE STANDING ON END, DRAWERS FALLING TO THEFLOOR. THEY NEVER ASKED WE NEEDED SET UP! A MAN PHONED DAY BEFORE PICK UP! DRIVERS NEED A TIP!! ?? PEOPLE HEAR ME,,, COUNT & TALLY PIECES IN EVERY ROOM! RECORD YOURS & GET MOVERS TO ADD THEIR TOTALS AS WELL! GOODS DELIVERED & BALANCE EQUALS. WHEN I TOLD HEAD OFFICE THIS AFTER OUR 28 PIECES MISSING,,, CLERK SAID"" WELL NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE HOME""". WELL I'LL BE,,, ARE THEIR MOVERS INSURED?? NO!!THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! $50 REBATE ON MISSING PIECES! THEY SAID,,, """ DID YOU BUY EXTRA INSURANCE??"" WHY DO WE NEED EXTRA INSURANCE FOR GOODS CHARGED & IN YOUR HANDS?? ""THIS COMPANY SHOULD AT LEAST BE INSPECTED FOR THE ONGOING ABUSE OF LATE DELIVERY & MISSING AND DAMAGED GOODS TO CUSTOMERS! PLEASE, PLEASE!ALSO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WERE RESTRICTED & PAYMENT HAD TO BE THROUGH ETRANSFER CHEQUE ACCOUNT!

  I requested a quote from them and based on the price, I went ahead with this moving company. Everything was fine at the start, I even filled up an excel sheet detailing all my stuff that I had to move, and it was less than **** lbs, so they quoted me around $1350 (before taxes). And I had to pay a deposit of $650. The day the movers came, they were so aggressive with the handling of the boxes. We labeled the boxes fragile in which we put glasses. They disregarded that and put heavy boxes over the fragile ones. Also, the day before the movers come, you get a call from admin, asking you a bunch of question, like how many boxes do you have, how many steps to access your apartment, and from the main floor to the basement there are 5 steps. Then the person on the phone would tell you, ma'am, you need to pay us $1500 right now for us to dispatch the movers (excluding the deposit). They were urging you to pay it right now, in a very rude way, and when I asked why, they told me because of the boxes. I told them that it is all the items from the list I provided and they say no we charge by boxes..... The total came to around $2150. Which is way above the quotation and to note it included the 5 steps they needed to take to get to my unit. Then the movers took my stuff and I got another call that in order to deliver it to my new address, I need to pay an additional of $350 since there were more than 5 steps, I was shocked. I went outside, took a picture and send it to them. They insisted on paying them, at this point I was apprehensive in case I did not get my stuff from them, I paid them just to be done with them, My total came to around $2500. Now tell me you'd like this from a moving company. *** was my representative. They tell you that you won't get any bad surprises on the pricing, that they are the best. Yes, ma'am you are the best in taking money from people, in handling people's stuff badly, in being rude and not being transparent. I regret taking you as my mover.

  I wish I could give zero and even negative star to this company.Worst experience ever with this moving ***************************************** They charge you again for some nonsense reason like us just because of changing the delivery location 2 weeks in advance for just a 10mins drive away from the first provided address. Beware of this company. They are not transparent and honest at day 1 that you are signing contract.They are not responsible at all to give you exact and detailed information at day 1 to make a correct decision according.Literally junk moving company.That is definitely waste of time, money and your household stuff in addition to being charged an arm and leg at the end of the process by dealing with disrespectful staff and especially *** who was our representative that even didnt want my call be transferred to her to talk on the phone.

  We used Atlanntis recently to move from ****** to ********* area. Had a good experience. I would not hesitate to contact them again. We moved our 2 bedroom apartment and had shipped the items in Jan of 2023. ***** and **** were at the pick up and were great. At delivery it was Pho and another younger man who I didn't catch the name of. I was happy with the customer service approach and mainly that the quote was pretty accurate. I also asked that our babies crib would be assembled. They originally said they wouldn't do it and i I was disappointed, but when the crew arrived, they did have the tools on the truck and were able to do it. I was so relived, as my Husband works hours away and I could start using it that night.

  Many thanks to Liz who helped us coordinate our move from Stratford to Montreal. We had an unexpected surprise from the new landlords when we arrived at destination and had to suddenly look for a new place. But they were able to hold off the delivery date and were able to offer storage at their Ontario warehouse. We were happy to have this option. Final price and invoice process was great. Had the convenience of paying via email transfer which was great. Great service and I would hesitate to use them again once we are set to move back to Ontario.

  I had booked my move from BC to Toronto with Atlanntis Van Lines this November.
  The pick up team was on time for the pick up and they labelled the entire shipment and and were very quick with their work. My shipment was delivered in perfect condition without any damage. The customer service was on point and I would like to thank Liz for very prompt communication and seamless experience. I was happy and satisfied with services from Atlanntis Van Lines.
