  I was not looking forward to our move based on past experiences with moving companies and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and care of our belongings. Liz was fantastic to work with from start to finish - she was very accommodating and kept open/consistent communication (if you can request Liz, I would highly recommend you do just that!). Everything was wrapped in blankets before it left our storage to be placed on the truck which was comforting to see. We also worked with Vicky for our initial quote/paperwork, etc. and they were both extremely helpful and friendly.

  This company appears to have very good customer service. The cost I was quoted was much less than what I was charged but that is not the issue. I moved from Manitoba to BC. I sold most of my belongings and only kept new furniture to be moved safely and securely. Every piece of furniture was damaged! My brand new table and chairs were damaged, gouged and marked up, and the leaflet to my table completely missing. My bedroom dresser, again brand new furniture, was banged around so much that wood chunks were missing underneath making it impossible to put the legs back on to my dresser. Every other piece of furniture had scratches or dents. It has taken over 2 months to get a response from this company regarding the damage at which point with their calculations are offering me $40 to cover the cost of the completely damaged kitchen set with missing leaflet! This is unacceptable and bad business practice and people should be warned about that. Your belongings will not be moved safely, at least that is my experience with this company. At a $4200 price tag you would think my belongings would have been taken better care of I could have gotten a U-Haul and done it better myself.

  It was a terrible idea to use this company. At first they'll offer you a fixed rate based on the number of bedrooms. Then they'll give you a higher rate based on the list of items you provide. After this they'll give you an even higher rate once they pick your items up. When it's time for the delivery the rate will be even higher. I have a difference of $6000 from my initial quote. They then ******** ** keep your items or sell them if you do not pay the full amount.
  After paying and getting the items delivered, we noticed that there were large items that had been broken in transit. The moving company offered to pay $40 to replace those items ***** *** * **** ** *** ***** Do not consider using this company. **** *** * *****

  Hired Atlanntis to perform a move from Dartmouth NS to Burnaby BC delivery. We were impressed with the customer service before we booked the move because they took the time to understand the move and had also offered additional protection for some items as this was a cross country move. We were impressed also with the cost as they had much better rates than the other van lines. We paid substantially less than the other quotes we received. We scheduled a pick up date for August 1-5th pick up dates and closer to the dates, they confirmed an exact pick up date. The driver was great at the pick up who came with 4 other helpers. ** ******* **** ****** *** **** *** *** * **** *** *** **** ****. At delivery the crew was a bit smaller but we managed to finish in under 5 hours. We had 3 cushions missing to our couch, but once reported they delivered those the following Monday. Great service all in and I was very impressed that the final quote paid was very close to the original issued quote. We have 3 more employees that our company is relocating here and we are already in the process of having Atlanntis move them as well.

  We just moved a very large and mammoth move from Windsor to Burnaby. We had Atlanntis pick up, ship and store the items until we were able to confirm the purchase of our home. We were very satisfied with the service. Had our 4 TVs packed and crated, our special art was also packed the day before the move and it was all shipped and stored. The cost was accurate and we did end up paying more for the crating and packing services. The crew was amazing. There was a great crew on site at both ends. The pick up crew was young and very careful. At delivery they were very accommodating too especially once the heat started. We had a lot of stairs, but with a few breaks in between everything was taken upstairs. We dealt mainly with Liz who was our first point of contact, but the staff in general was very responsive and willing to help. We moved many times before so I was very prepared and didn’t have unrealistic expectations. This was definitely one of our best moves. * ***** ******** ** *** **** ***** ** ********* *****

  I moved with this company last year and have been holding out on leaving a review in order to have everything accounted for and to make sure I am able to back up my issues. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any business. ********* *************** *********** *** ********* To begin, I recognize I was asking for a move in a short period of time. So I will say they were able to accommodate a quick move (in terms of me booking and them coming in two days). My movers were scheduled for November 2nd, 2021 and they did come on within the window projected. However, my initial quote for the move was around $800. I got an additional quote after sending in a detailed list of items of around $1200. After paying an $800 deposit (which was $400 more than the deposit originally quoted) they took my items away. From Ontario to Nova Scotia. The movers were very quick and **** ******. And I thoroughly appreciated their work ethic. Fast forward, it’s been around 3 weeks in Nova Scotia and my things still haven’t arrived. I had been in contact with operations multiple times and no one was able to give me a window. Around 10 business days is what I was continuously told and of course it was a ***. They finally call and stated that they are coming the NEXT day and I had to completely clear my schedule and call off work. How am I supposed to plan with the level of disorganization? Nonetheless, they arrive and unload quickly I am wholly satisfied with the drivers and movers. My problem is with the atrocious business practices of this company. My final bill was over $3000. For ONE room (bed, 3 shelves, desk, tv and personal boxes). It was also loaded onto a truck with many other moves so how was it possible that this was my bill? The movers also left items on the truck and claimed I had it. Then found it and made me drive out to pick it up, when of course this shouldn’t have happened. Overall, if you have the choice. Avoid this company at all costs.
