5 starsQuite a few roof repairs were made on my parents' house. Contacting Absolute Roof Solutions was seamless and an appointment can be made quite quickly for a roof assessment. ****** was assigned to do the repairs. Him and his team were extremely professional and thorough. ****** did an amazing job, provided pre and post photos for all the repair jobs that were done on the roof and discussed the repairs in details and is very approachable to answer any questions. He was always punctual, very efficient and knowledgeable. Another aspect that stood out was ****** commitment to cleanliness. He was very careful whilst working on our roof and after a day's work was done, ****** and his team always cleaned up and left the site immaculate. He also helped patched up a few small issues on the roof without extra charges. My parents and I are pleased with the completed work. In addition, we were happy to know that they offer different payment options as well. We highly recommend Absolute Roof Solutions. 1 starThis was an absolutely terrible experience for ***** neighbor is replacing their roof using this companys service, but their workers/contractors repeatedly stepped on my front lawn and used it freely as a walking path this morning (ie. day of writing the initial review), without permission. I politely talked to them THREE TIMES to ask them to please respect my property and not walk on my lawn/property. Oh, one gentleman also did a quick spitting on my lawn while walking on it. Besides, for a brief 20 mins they also set up some seemingly-heavy supporting base/stepping board which were at least partially sitting on my lawn. All these happening without them ever approaching me or asking for permission.I thought having talked to them three times should stop the issue. To my great surprise, one same worker that was caught on camera crossing freely on my lawn back and forth multiple times, chose to walk on my lawn AGAIN just now (at the time of writing the initial review), perhaps thinking I didnt see, but my security camera system did.This whole I dont give a x** about walking on your *************** attitude as I perceived is getting wildly UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, and UNACCEPTABLE.Not to even mention potential legal complications, about trespassing, about potentially damaging the lawn/front yard, about potential workers injury that may happen while they trespass on my property, to name a few.When a matter as simple as asking them to not walk on my front lawn and property gets repeatedly disrespected this morning and becomes unnecessarily consuming today, this says a lot about a business and I find it extremely disappointing and frustrating dealing with them on this.Review fromBarry P

I had to have a new roof for insurance purposes. I choose Absolute Roof Solutions as they had installed my roof 17 years ago. My insurance company wanted a new roof after 20 years. This May 2025 I hired Absolute. Their initial quote before the work was what I paid. I have a very steep roof. They installed it in two days. This was our second time using Absolute Roof Solutions and the entire experience was seamless. From the person who answered my call to the scheduler, and the repair technician, everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Very happy with the cleanup done by Absolute Roofing on the flat parts of my townhome roof. They looked like swimming pools after months of rain + the drains were all clogged with leaves. Absolute worked all day to clear everything up + will devise a plan for improved drainage in future. Thanks, Absolute!Absolute Roof Solutions
