I paid $225 for the on-site inspection, which is fine, and the technician found the problem quickly - fine. I needed two end caps re-sealed, 1 trough screw replaced, and asked for the cost of cleaning the gutters on one side of the house only, and to install gutter guards in that one section only. The cost estimate I received was outrageously high, and I know this as I grew up in a contractor's household, and regularly hire all manner of contractors in my role as a project engineer. When I asked for a detailed estimate of labour and materials, my deposit was quickly processed, and I've been ghosted ever since (3 mos. and counting). I absolutely won't be using these folks, absolutely won't recommend them, and absolutely think their ** rating should be reviewed.Absolute Roof Solutions

I appreciate the effort ARS went to to "make things right", in their words. Got the work done well on the 2nd try. So clearly their BBB rating means something to them, and they will work hard to maintain their top rating. So, in the end, I would recommend them.
