We ordered 500 custom sublimated socks for a tournament. These socks were to be passed out to teams and participants at the tournament. The socks were also to be sold to participants as well. The tournament dates were March *****. We asked for the socks to be ready prior to that date so they could be packaged and distributed. **** ***** (as per the emails) indicated that they would be ready between the 5th and 10th with "an internal deadline" of the 15th. That date passed and I contacted them about the matter. They informed me that there was a problem and they would be ready after that date. I told them that this was not acceptable as it would be after the tournament. There would be no way to distribute or sell the socks after the tournament as these are out of town teams. After multiple emails explaining the situation, we asked for a refund. Instead of receiving a refund or correspondence, we have only received an email that the socks were ready to be picked up after the date that was promised. The socks were ready for pick up after the tournament ended. I have forwarded my concerns to my credit company to deal with the matter, but Dad's has basically decided to try and force the situation. There is no way that we can make any use of these socks, especially after the date of completion was after the tournament. If we knew that they could not deliver on the date, then there would have been no order. We would appreciate a full refund. I have included email correspondence to support my claims.Initial Complaint

- Transaction's Date: 2023-08-25
- Amount paid: $2765.64 for 215 tshirts.
- 82 t-shirts of them did not correspond to the sizes ordered: really really really too small. After several months of silence or "I'll get back to you" from them, they ended up remaking these 82 sweaters which, once again, did not correspond to the sizes ordered : really too small again. Since the beginning of December, not being satisfied, I have asked for a refund and guess what, no news from them.
Additionally, they advertise on their website that the jerseys are made "In North America" (really important to me), but all the jerseys received had a "Made in China" label. They never explained to me why.
- I joined 2 invoice, to give you all numbers I have
- I want a refund for 82 missing tshirts: $1054.80
- Hope you can help me.Initial Complaint

I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving a significant issue I've encountered with Dad's Printing, and I believe your intervention is necessary to facilitate a fair resolution.
In March 2023, I placed an order with Dad's Printing, with the promised completion date set for April 15, 2023 (+/1 a few days, I don't remember at this point). I paid 50% upfront, as requested, with the assurance that the items would be delivered in plenty of time for my event. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive the items by the specified date, but the remaining 50% was also deducted from my card without authorization on the scheduled delivery date.
Despite numerous attempts to contact Dad's Printing via email and phone during the production period, I have received little to no communication from them. The only response I did receive was an email containing an attached invoice, offering a 50% refund for two items I never received. This incomplete communication has left me frustrated and out of pocket, I received $300 worth of items, when I paid $2600 for my full order.
Subsequent attempts to resolve this matter have proven futile, as Dad's Printing continues to provide vague responses, apologizing for the inconvenience, claiming they are processing the refund, or even denying having my invoice altogether. This has resulted in months of unproductive exchanges, leaving me with no resolution in sight.
I kindly request your assistance in mediating this situation and facilitating the refund owed to me by Dad's Printing. I have diligently documented all correspondence and transactions related to this issue and am willing to provide any additional information required for your investigation.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and I appreciate your efforts in helping consumers like myself navigate through challenging situations with businesses.Initial Complaint

Went to buy a gift for my step father : cushion covers with his animals on them (2 cats 1 dog). We got them I think a month and a half after ordering, but again, it happens. The issue was that one of the cat's name was reverse (mirror if you prefer). That is a huge error and I don't understand how it passed through quality control, but eh. I guess they just didn't want to print again because they sent me 2 other cushion covers with unknown animals on it... weird right? I send them pictures, said I could send the odd ones back and I only wanted a replacement for the one problematic cat cover. They told me to keep all of it, that they were sorry and that they would send me back correct ones. Since I could not see the colors or design before ordering, I was a little dissapointed with the dog cover's color. I figured I could ask nicely if, while redoing them all, they could change that color and make it the same as the 2 other covers. They said no problem. Here is the issue : it's been 8 months, they keep answering me that the new order has been shippend, never givingme proof. I went throug several employees answering me, but this is ridiculous. I'm a very understanding person, but I'm not stupid and it feels like they are counting on me to forget about it. The this is, one of the animals in question is nearing death... It was a christmas gift, and it feels like it's gonna be a funeral one if it continues... Really dissapointed in the compagny. Sad because in the same order I had 2 pairs of socks with faces on them and I'm happy with them. I hope the complaint will change something, I'm tired of the same answer ''** * ******* *** **** ** **** ****'' .... ******** for more then 7 months... come on!Initial Complaint

On June 3, 2023 I emailed & inquired about ordering 30 t shirts for a school fundraising event. As the event was taking place on June 14, I was promised to received them by June 12. We agreed on an amount, **************** date & I was sent an invoice which I promptly paid on June 5. After reviewing the receipt, I noticed that I was charged for 35 t shirts (it was supposed to be 30). I inquired about that, but never got a response. On June 9, I received another invoice asking for $50 for express shipping (I was under the impression that shipping was included in the original invoice). I paid the shipping fee & received a box on June 12, however, there were only 10 t shirts. Ever since then, **** (owner) has refused to answer emails, calls, etc...He finally responded (after about 10 emails) asking if it was ok that the t shirts arrive by June 23. I responded that since the event has already passed, they are no useless to ****** would like a refund. I have had no refund & no response from anyone at this company. They did not deliver on their contract to fulfill order by June 12.Initial Complaint

In or about April, 2022, I contracted with Dad's Printing to provide ******************************************** a variety of styles and to include custom numbers and names. I provided a detailed and specific breakdown which is attached. This is a summary of the issues we had with our order:1. Seven (7) tank tops with no numbers on them.2. Four (4) Adult T-shirts with no names or numbers on them.3. Eight (8) Three-Quarter Length Shirts with no names or numbers on them.4. Three (3) Kid t-shirts with no names or numbers on them.5. Fifteen (15) baseball jerseys that were not jerseys but rather polyester shirts with button patterns printed on them. See picture of jersey that is just a polyester shirt. We provided advance payment of $1,597.12 for these items. Our items were ready for pickup on May 16, 2022 and I received the items on May 18, 2022. On June 9, 2022 I wrote to **** from Dad's Printing and provided him with the list of issues with the order. On June 20, 2022 **** offered to make things right but since then it has been back and forth in trying to resolve this issue with multiple other people involved. There has been no satisfactory resolution and I have been unable to use the uniforms for my team. After a negative review was posted, they reached out again suggesting they would rectify but no resolution has occurred. In March 2023 they offered a $100 off our next order if I remove the negative review. Given the delay in getting a response on potential resolution, I requested a 50% refund of the order on June 2, 2023 and asking for a reply by June 9, 2023. No reply has been received.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was May 9th for a total of $1825.60. The original request was to have our logo made into patches and then stitched on some black hats. The original order was promised to be produced prior to May 25th. The deadline was not achieved , product had not been sent out or picked up. I had followed up, they said the product was not produced yet because of some printing machine issues. At that time I requested a refund. The refund was not issued then the company stated they would have the Hats done in the coming days. I then requested for the hats to be picked up by my friend in ********* opposed to having them shipped to *******. I also stated I would be away the following week. The company then shipped out the entire product to me on June 2nd to ******* opposed to having my friend pick up on *********. Then when the product arrived I noticed 2 key factors with the order. One is I had requested multiple times to have the patches stitched onto the hats opposed to being ironed on. The hats showed up ironed on and they were crooked on the hats. The product is not what we had requested or paid for. I had emailed the company after the arrival of the product, then followed up with calls, text messages and further email with no response. The request was simple, please issue a refund and that we would have still considered purchasing the patches only in the future. After no response in 10 days I did some research online and found similar stories and filings with the BBB about this company. I am requesting a full refund and I do not require to do businesses with this company further. New invoice from Dads Printing **************Initial Complaint

We placed an order with Dad's Printing in Late November for 3 custom flags, 3 hours of graphic art design work, and 7 double sided large signs for *********************** Cheer Team. They were meant to be delivered as soon as possible or at the latest by January 3rd. We requested a custom design work that needed to be super specific as this was meant to be used in a school cheerleading teams routine. In December we followed up five times cause no one got in touch with us to make the design or send us markups. On January 2nd we got a call that the flags were sold out and that they needed an extension and emailed us to begin designing the markups. They assured me that if I allow them, they can get me the signs and an alternative flag by January 8th. I agreed. I received the markups that day, made some changes, and asked once again that they ensure the markup is exactly what we will receive because otherwise we cant use them.On the 8th, days after our absolute deadline, I get signs delivered to my house with a random companies invoice attached to it (which was far cheaper than what they charged me) and a call saying they cant fulfill my flag order. To make matters worst, I go home and check the signs and all of them were printed in the wrong order and without the changes I made to the markups so they were unusable. We asked for a refund. We have been waiting for the refund for 6 months. We got in touch via email multiple times. They have blocked our calls, they ignore our emails, and they refused to pay us back. We left some reviews and they tried to ********* us saying they will send us the refund if we take down our review. We paid $767.20 for everything, at one point they finally sent us a refund of $115 which did not cover the things they needed to refund us. We want our refund and an apology or else we want to file for court for all of the wasted time we have had dealing with this company.Initial Complaint

- April 15: Inquiry made, deadline of May 17.- April 19: Screen print & embroidered shirts order paid for.- April 29: Screen print shirts arrived, wrong colour printed. The solution was for them to reprint. I asked for a reprint and an additional 6 shirts.- Early May: I inquired many times with my order manager ******* about when my reprint and embroidered shirts would be in, and reiterated my deadline which was to bring my product to vend at an event. Very hard to get responses, could only reach him by phone occasionally.- May 12: was ensured my order would all arrive on the deadline - May 17: received my embroidered shirts, all in the wrong sizes. Contacted ******* to ask where the re-print of the screenprint shirts were. Was told they were "lost" and would not make it for when I needed them in *******. Because my event was in *******, he said he would be able to get them to me in ******* that Friday before my Saturday event. - May 18: ******* informed me that my shirts would not make it to ******* by the next day, as they were still lost. I requested since they won't make it for my event, to just send them to *******. This is the last I heard from him.- May 22 - June 5: Spent this time e-mailing repeatedly and calling every number I had from Dads. Even received some automatic e-mails from **** asking how my order was. Called ****'s number directly, got a text saying "Hey I have a missed call from this number", I texted back, no response again.- June 5: Sent a mass e-mail to every e-mail I had from Dads and got an automatic response from one of them saying order inquires could be sent to Eldaide in admin. ******* reached out to me, I kindly explained the issue despite how outraged I am at this point and she was excellent.- June 6: Eldaide was not able to find any history of my order, invoices, tracking numbers, nothing. I sent her my invoice and she promptly offered me a re-print or a refund. I requested a refund and she pushed it through immediately.Initial Complaint

We reached out April 18, 2023, & got a quote from the owner, Adam L****, got competitive pricing which we were grateful for & excited for. They took our order & payment in full, promised a completion date of May 1st. April 24th, we received a proof - we replied saying that the proof was incorrect & advised them NOT to print the goods. We sent mock images of what the apparel should look like, as well as proper files, and requested a second proof. They did not respond - instead, we got an email that our order was ready for pick up. Confused and curious, we headed to their location to see our products with the hopes that perhaps they just are poor at replying to emails & maybe they printed these products properly. Unfortunately that wasn't the case - the items were ALL printed incorrectly. They were missing a white border/outline, they were inverted, blurry and crooked, the quality of printing was awful. They assured us that they were going to reprint all products with a turnaround time of 1-2 days. We accepted. No response to calls/email for days. Adam who was so eager to work with us, never took another one of our calls again, or responded to any further emails. Adam did email asking us to buy the botched product because he would be out of pocket for it. We agreed. He didn't bother to reply. Weeks went by until & they told us that our order was ready. First, *** had the wrong address. Our emails to correct the delivery address went ignored. We actually received it, except it wasn't even our order! Days go by and we finally receive our "re-print" which in fact was not a reprint. They used the incorrect product and added a white box that resembles white out tape on top. Not only did they attempt to cover up this error with a less expensive form of printing, the colour is different, none of the boxes are lined up on the garments, each piece is crooked and the print is blurry. They shorted our order, as well. Adam refuses to take our calls or issue a refund.
