On March 8th, 2023, I placed an order with Dad's Printing for 4 hoodies, totaling $224. I provided accurate and complete specifications and images of the designs in the correct format.Despite my request for a draft of the hoodies, as the previous mock-*** I sent were rough, I was told by ***************** from the ************** that it was unnecessary since the mock-*** were sufficient. However, on March 14th, he contacted me via email requesting the same files that I had already sent. I provided them, but still did not receive a finalized image of the hoodies.Although I was told that processing my order would take 2-5 business days, I had to speak to another order manager, ****, before receiving confirmation that my order was ready on March 24th.When I went to pick up my order, I found it was misprinted, with faded colors, incorrect text, and wrong sizing. I immediately returned the hoodies to *****, who offered to reprint them correctly, but I insisted on a refund instead. Despite speaking with customer service representative ****, who assured me on March 24th that he would file a refund request and send me a receipt once processed, I have yet to receive my refund. In summary, Dad's Printing failed to provide the correct product despite receiving accurate specifications and images and further failed to issue a refund as promised. I tried to speak with the owner ******************* at his office but was led on a wild goose chase, being told by different staff members that he was either at the office or in the production area. This business clearly *** **** ***** ********* *** has essentially stolen from me.

This customer was refunded in full. There was a miscommunication on his order and this has been acknowledged. The customer was able to keep the hoodies for his event and we've since apologized for any mishaps.

I paid Dad's Printing $591.56 (includes shipping to ******) for an order of ** garments with custom artwork, on November 16th and 18th. What was delivered to me was a completely misprinted order, using a method of printing that was of lesser quality/value, and not agreed to, a type of printing that I had expressly asked not to be used. The order arrived on December 12th, and I immediately called and emailed with my concerns, which included: designs for white shirt used on black tshirts at random, huge swing in quality (blurring, pixelation, white borders) between garments of exact same size and between garments in general, design size on garment is not as agreed to in emails (not full chest), some garments have noticeable blemishes within the print. It took me reaching out to multiple employees over email and phone to get an answer on December **th, and even then, I was unable to reach someone with the authority to resolve my issue. On December 20th, I was able to connect with ***********************, who offered a remake of my order. I was told if I wanted a refund, it would need to be escalated to the owner, and would take even longer for a resolution. I accepted the remake, and I was promised a sample before the remake was send to full productions. I received the sample on January 17th, and approved it for production. On January **th, I was contacted by **** again, telling me that they were unable to do the originally agreed upon printing method on three on the garments. Seeing no other option, I approved a different, lower quality printing method on these three garments. My order arrived on February 8th. I checked over the garments, and was happy to find that they looked as they should. As people made arrangements to pick up their clothing, I realized two garments were missing. I emailed with this information on February 16, received an email from **** saying she would look into it, and nothing else since. This has been my worst experience with a business, ever.

Hello ******************** here. I have ****** forwarded in on this email as I thought I would address both in conjunction.

I was under the impression the client was demanding a refund on the entire order. I would hold issues with that as they still kept the product.

That being said, their resolution of refunding the difference of shipping, and both printing methods would work for me. I would simply require in order for this to happen, they agree to take down the review here and on any other platforms.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 15/05/2023

    Hi ****,

I think you may have an issue with communication with your team. I can provide you with all emails sent between myself and your wider customer support team, as Ive kept everything for this exact reason. ****** reviews are editable for a reason, and Ive also expressed this to your team. I will not be deleting or editing any reviews until this is resolved, as that would be dishonest. If we resolve this, then the BBB can mark my review as closed. Closed means that Dads Printing has resolved the complaint, and that is what you should be looking for.

I also think its worth mentioning that many of your five star reviews directly go against ******s review policy, as you have offered free product in return for a five star review. This is why I think its especially important that my review, and any other review that reflects a negative experience stays up. I will edit/update my ****** review to reflect that weve reached a solution and how we came to that, if we do. But I wont be deleting my original review. People should know that it has been half a year of going back and forth trying to get a solution to my complaints.

Now, let me be clear so that you have this in writing. I do not want a full refund. Your team remade the order that they printed incorrectly, and they were acceptable. What I do want a refund for is the two products that were not included in my order, despite me paying for them. Additionally, a refund of the difference between *** printing and heat transfer printing that was done on three of my garments as referenced in my BBB complaint.

Additionally, my refund was already approved and meant to be processed on March 23rd, and should have been in my account within 3-4 business days. Still, nothing has showed up in my bank account.

*****, I highly encourage you to visit Dads Printings ******** page, look at their lower reviews on ******, and refer to other complaints made through the BBB. This is not the first time this company has done almost this exact same thing.

Thank you for your dedication to this *****, I appreciate you nudging Dads Printing with a second follow-up.

I have full confidence that this can be resolved, quite easily actually.

    Best,
    ******

    Hello ******, **** here.

Can you confirm the total you should be refunded for the difference? I see $60 on my end but **** is no longer with the team, and I'm happy to ***** that refund but would appreciate clarification.

PS: We haven't violated ******** terms like you stated, we ask for feedback but not in a direct violation of terms.

    September 14, 2022. Invoice # ********
My company ordered 52 tee shirts from Dad's printing back in September 2022, the order took a really long time to even start because they didn’t have the shirts the initially offered, they didn’t even reach out to mention that there was an issue with the order, after sometime (a month or so) I reached out asking about my order and they explained that they did not have the tees to start working on, and so they offered a cheaper alternative, by then they've already charged me $1120, I did noticed the tees that they offered as replacement were less expensive and so after I mentioned it they offered to give me a small refund, I was not completely happy with the quality of the tees that they were offering and so I asked if they could change the brand to a brand that I knew 'as colour' and so they said they were about to start working with the brand but they would have to charge another $130.99 to get the tees that I requested, I paid the amount. After some more wait, at this point over two months they decide to deduct from my credit card another $190 without letting me know that this was going to happen, they did not count with customs and so ordering the tees had a different price that the one they initially quote me, after many calls and emails they gave me $83.25 back so we both paid the delivery of the tees, now we're ready to 'start' another couple of weeks went by and they sent me a mock up of tee for a approval, it looked fine, a little contrasted but didn’t seemed distorted, time keeps on passing by and they only have 50 tees ready, I waited so long that a couple more days didn’t seem too bad, I finally get the tees, guess what, the image is completely pixelated, not at all what I was expecting more so when I sent a vector file, * ** ********* **** **** ***** ** ** ****, now it’s s been over three months, endless emails and calls, no refund, no replacement, no solution. Christmas holidays passed and many losses.

    Hello *****, Adam here.

I can verify that there were some issues with print quality but that me and David did come to a resolution, which was us agreeing to perform a remake for him.

We have since done a remake for ***** ********, he is forwarded into this thread to verify any of the above.

I ordered some company sweatshirts from Dad's printing for just under 400 dollars. Not a huge order. I was impressed that the product was delivered within a few days, however, the printing was terrible quality, very faded and not at all as the mockup had suggested.
When I tried to have the product corrected, I initially tried to return the damaged products myself at the store. Even though I told them I was coming and they acknowledged that I could drop it off, no one answered the door to the shop, and none of my phone calls or emails were returned, I was forced to put the sweatshirts back in my car and drive home.
For the next 30 days, I exchanged more than 60 emails with "****", an employee of the company. This person promised almost every day for a month that a courier would come to pick up the box, and no courier ever came. I requested my to speak to the owner or management and was denied contact information for anyone other than "****".
I requested my money back and they insisted on having the product back to "inspect" - although I sent pictures. I have been trying to return these sweatshirts now since October for our money back, which this company will not honour. It has been incredible frustrating, just for less than 400$. Now I see there are other reviews and complaints about this company for the same offensively bad business practices. We would just like our money back - they are welcome to the product any time. It is STILL in the trunk of my car. I'm baffled by the whole thing.

I've attached our entire massive email thread below. I made the complaint originally on October 16th.

    Hello *****, Adam here.

I want to settle this complaint. I believe a remake was delivered but If I am mistaken about this and if ****** agrees to take down her review, I would be very open to a refund or a remake, depending on which she prefers.

    Thank you.

I placed an order for toques (Dad’s Printing) with custom patches sewn onto the toques. I clearly stated over the phone and via email exactly why I wanted patches sewn on and the reasons why I wanted them sewn on. The sales person assured all my requests.

The order was 2 weeks late. The patches were ironed on rather than sewn, the toques that were delivered were knockoffs of the actual toques I asked for, and the custom patches were all manufactured crooked. The quality was so poor that the toques can not be given away never mind sold.

I have emailed Dads Printing multiple times with no response. I was able to talk to a sales guy named ***** who never gave me any answers. He said he would look into it.

    Thanks.

We had 2 orders, placed on separate dates:

    1. 21 Pink t-shirts for total $364.56 paid on May 4, 2022 with an agreed upon deadline of May 27. Invoice #***** 2. 20 White t-shirts and 11 hoodies for total $952.00 on May 17, 2022 with an agreed upon deadline of June 7. Invoice #*****
The first one missed the hard deadline by over a week. Communication was absolutely TERRIBLE, and it was already obvious that they were very disorganized/not responding unless they absolutely had to (the business wouldn't respond to most of my emails/calls asking when things would be done).

When we finally got our hand on both orders on June 6, we noticed the following deficiencies:
    - The pink order of shirts was short in quantity, wrong in sizes and not even the same brand of shirt we ordered (it was a worse quality shirt from a different brand).
    - the hoodies we ordered had stains around the printed area on all of them in the same spot (I'm assuming from the printing machine they use but not entirely sure) and again did not have all the correct sizes. We tried washing one hoodie multiple times to see if it would come out and it didn't.

Since then for over 1 month, we have been constantly calling and emailing to get a refund on the above items (pink shirts and hoodies). We didn't get those items to sell on our tour which hurt us already and now the owner Adam will not get back to us regarding the refund (which according to their website, we qualify for). He finally responded once a couple weeks ago after I posted a ****** review saying he wanted to resolve the problem and that he was sorry, but after that message from him and multiple follow ups from me I haven't heard back since. It's obvious that we are being ignored as when we were wanting to purchase items, Adam would get back to me within minutes. Over a month later and Adam is doing the exact same thing, and any other employee we talk too just tells us they will let Adam know about our concern. All we want is a refund!

I had agreed to a refund with this client if he had returned the merchandise, which he failed to do. If he is still in possession of this merch, and willing to return it, I would be open to providing a refund.

    Thank you *****.
