  WARNING **** they advertised, cheap prices, but they charge a processing fee that is literally a 99% of what the contacts cost. The contacts i was gonna order cost 36 processing fee of $34.11

  February 2025 order.I was pleasantly surprised to see expedited shipping offered with an arrival on the next day. For that reason alone, I submitted an order right away and paid the extra vs standard shipping (which had an estimated arrival of 2-4 business days). The next day came, still no shipping updates. I was hoping that this was just a glitch but after talking with customer support, the estimated shipping time was 2-4 business days anyways. Its not the end of the world by any means, but at least be transparent - wouldve loved to have brought this along for my trip.

  Advertises extremely low prices only to hit you with a large "processing fee." In fact, next to the extremely large processing fee is an information bubble where they explain that their competitors were doing the same thing and they were "initially reluctant" to do the same but then did it anyways. How disgusting that they actually spell out that they're tricking their customers. Now even if they were $100 cheaper I won't buy them there because of the deceptive marketing tactics. I suggest everyone else look elsewhere too because there are other sites that are not scamming you and provide legit cheap prices on contact lenses.

  This company is straight up fraudulent. They will advertise low prices for contacts on a ****** search. After taking the time to fill out your cart and provide them with your info, the price will more than double and they will label it as 'processing fees'. In my case, the contacts were priced at $254. After 'processing fees' the price was nearly $600. It's obvious what they are doing. Stay away and do not provide this dishonest company with your business.

  If I could chose zero stars I would.This company is an absolute joke and a complete headache to deal with - save yourself and DO NOT SHOP HERE.I try to support local as often as possible and was really pulled in by what this company claims they are. The prices and styles were great, the membership option was an added bonus, and there was a decent selection of designer styles.I placed my order of 2 prescription readers, 1 non prescription sunglass (second non prescription sunglass was included free with membership) and 1 prescription designer sunglass.I received an email staying my designer pair was being baked, following with confirmation of full order being shipped - really excited to receive - only when I did, I received all as expected EXCEPT the designer frames and a cheap kits pair not of my choosing was there in place. When i contacted them, first they made me feel like I was lying, then they came back saying the item was unavailable yet had no explanation as to why i wasn't ever contacted or why I received an email that the specific pair was being baked. I opted to return the entire order due to the experience... only now to only have received a partial refund - they've shorted me by $159 of my order.The saga continues... still no **************** scam and if this is an actual BC ************************ shame on you!

  Kits is basically useless if paired with ****** If you can't get the product,. waste time waiting for delivery (because my time means nothing), can't get help with customer service at ****** Unable to track product as FedEx employee lies. (It is all filmed on Camera outside the apartment) then there is no use in using Kits. They have my money. I have no very needed glasses, I wasted my day, I drove to ***** locations, and now I am just plain old sad and disappointed. AND can't see.

  Saw advertised price on contacts with a coupon for $15 a box . Went thru the whole process of ordering get ready to check out says total is $111 total. Then hit ship order and then that page said $247 .They added on a $89 processing fee and $19 shipping . So I then wanted to find out if they charged me $89 processing because they gave me coupon discount so I made an order without using a coupon paying full price for contacts and the processing fee dropped to $14 with free shipping . So they are false advertising because if you use coupon code they get it back by charging you a high processing fee . The contacts were the same price either way. This practice should be against the law

  Disappointed! I purchased a six month supply of contacts. I noticed a single contact is defective. Unopened, the packaging had no solution and was completely dry, hard and stuck to the cover. I notified the company and provided pictures and all they can do is issue $20 credit. What a waste of money. I will never purchase from this company again. Buyer beware.

  Hard Pass This Retailer! Hidden processing fees of $74.62 that appear upon shipping/payment screen with no explanation. Significantly increases the purchase price. Emptied my cart and purchased elsewhere from a legitimate retailer with nothing hidden. I have screen shots to back this up.

  NO STARS. This place is a complete scam. I went through the process of uploading my prescription and added my items to my cart. I went to check out, carefully reviewing the costs, including shipping and fees. I checked out, and on my receipt only AFTER it was completed did a charge show up for 'Processing Fee'. This was outrageous enough, but the fee was more than the items in my order! It more than doubled the cost. When I reached out to cancel, the explanation I got was, "Many sites charge processing fees to cover costs." Isn't it illegal to add on fees that the consumer isn't made aware of? It even states this in its Terms and Conditions on the site - that the amount you see at checkout is the only amount the consumer will be charged. Someone needs to investigate the 'business practices' of this company. DO NOT order from them unless you want to be scammed out of money.
