      I just love the last pair I order, feels goods, perfect fitting, and also amazing quality for the price. The cherry on top is they provided me with a case even though I didn't pay for it, now thats quality customer service. Would totally recommend them.

      I made an order for color contacts first time in November 2022 due to the competitive price. When i order i didn't notice that the website automatically selects the auto prescription option. In May 2023 they sent six-month prescription automatically which I disputed as I did not set up any auto refill option. I also remember cancelling the auto shipment option in May 2022. They offered to send a return **** label however I choose to keep them as the prescription was still valid. They sent another six-month shipment out on 10/31/2023 without checking the prescription (Rx is now expired). They did not notify me prior about the shipment and also when i called back, just after receiving the email about the shipment to cancel the order they were uncooperative and keep on repeating the same statement "we can send you **** return label." When i raised the issue of shipping on expired RX, still they stuck to their point that since auto shipment was on, the system will auto ship. How can they sell contacts on expired RX?? Why should waste my time for returning the item? Since I am away and not returning to my home for next 2 months, I am not in a position to ship it back and about to loose the amount.

      I have ordered from KITS 3 times now, and have around 5 pairs from them. As a recent university grad with no insurance, KITS allows me to have quality, affordable, fashionable eyewear made in ******. The promotions allowed me to really try the product out, and now I don't think I will ever buy glasses anywhere else! I constantly get complements on my glasses and am able to confidently recommend KITS to friends, family, and colleagues!
