    I went to Studio Kiku to remove my eyebrow tattoo and I talked to them about removing my eyebrow tattoo they said that it usually takes between 3 and 12 sessions to remove the tattoo and they said it depends on the type of tattoo. After 3 or four At my sessions, I noticed that my eyebrow tattoo was getting darker and wider I talked to them about it and they said it would take more time to be removed I trusted them until they took me to 9 sessions and I was charged a lot for I did that and in the ninth session he told me what is your decision to continue and I said what do you mean? And he said to me that we can't do anything for your eyebrows and if you want we can refer you to another place. I Stated You should have tested my tattoo first and then worked on it, my words were uncomfortable for this gentleman, while I was talking to him politely, and he immediately opened the door of the room and kicked me out of his office. and did not give me an answer. This was very **** and unprofessional. He should have treated me properly as I am a customer, his behaviour was humiliating. Currently, the tattoo on my eyebrows has turned black and its volume has increased. and I can't cover it with anything and it has a bad effect on my face to such an extent that I have lost my self-confidence and I feel bad.Also, I left a review for him and I explained what happened to me exactly. He sent me an email that you shouldn't have left a negative review on my website and he sent me a link about written slander. It was such a threat and I got stressed.I would complain about him because he made my eyebrow tattoo worse and he didn't take responsibility for his mistake. He didn't answer me politely and kicked me out of his clinic.

    ***** had her eyebrows tattooed several times. She came into the studio with three sets of eyebrows - all with different shapes, different pigment composition, scar tissue present and concealer pigment to attempt to hide her botched permanent makeup.

    We had a long consultation with ***** and we explained to her all of the risks involved. One of those risks is that the pigment may change colours or it may oxidize and turn dark. Not only did we explain the risks to her verbally, we also asked ***** to sign a document whick clearly states the risks. ***** signed that document.

    After doing a test spot on her first visit there were no adverse reactions. We performed the treatment on her second visit and we targeted all three sets of eyebrows (6 brows in total). We saw fading on two sets of eyebrows but the third set oxidized. We often see oxidation and, under normal circumstances, we are able to lighten the oxidized pigment after several more sessions. The efficacy of tattoo removal depends on several factors. The depth of the pigment, the saturation of the pigment, the type of pigment used and the overall health of the individual are just a few factors. For this reason we do not guarantee complete removal and we are very clear, both online and in our waivers. We also tell all clients that on average we see complete removal between 3-6 sessions but that could be more or less based on a number of variables.

    When ***** came for her 8th laser appointment she was very **** and she raised her voice telling the laser technician that it was his fault that her brows were in the condition they were in and she demanded that we perform the treatment for free.

    We have zero tolerance for clients who are ****, *********** and **********. For this reason, ***** and her husband were asked to leave the studio.

    After the incident we received a ****** review which personally attacked members of our staff. The review made false statements about the staff and the events that took place. ****** has since removed the review as it violated their policy.

    We had to block Sanaz and her alias accounts on social media because she was making ********* posts on our accounts.

    We are now in the processing of filing a claim against ***** for ********** and libel. The false claims that she has made online can be very damaging to a small business.

    We offered to help ***** figure out a way to have her brows safely removed but she refused to listen to our professional opinion. Instead she attacked our business and our staff which is extremely unfortunate.
