    My appointment was in April 2025. I booked with *****, the owner, after some extensive research to find the best place to get my pmu eyebrows removed. The appointment started off fine and he gave me a compliment which I deemed harmless at first. ***** then began repeating the same or similar compliment throughout the entire appointment, making me incredibly uncomfortable. His comment after reconfirmed my feelings as he said, "I should stop being a creep." But that didn't stop him. Completely unprofessional and lack of accountability when I texted him a week and a half later that I felt uncomfortable during my appointment. He was dismissive and brought up a poor excuse that he was married with 2 kids. I did not feel safe in his chair and will not be coming back or recommending anyone to support his business.

    Hi *****,Thank you for your review.During your treatment, I mentioned that you had beautiful brows and suggested that you might not need to have them tattooed again, as you had been ************** was clear that you were feeling very nervous you brought it up several times both on the phone beforehand and during your appointment. I made every effort to treat you with care and respect throughout your visit. At no point were any boundaries crossed, and when you asked if we could also laser a small tattoo on your wrist after your brows, I was happy to accommodate you. Nothing in your behaviour at the time indicated you were uncomfortable.If my efforts to be kind and considerate of your anxiety were misinterpreted, I assure you that was never my intention.I stand by the way I conduct myself and the care I provide to clients. While I respect your right to share your opinion, I do notice that youve left a large number of 1-star ****** reviews for other businesses as well, which may suggest a pattern of negative experiences.Owner, Studio Kiku
