    Horrible company. Told me my area was serviceable and after I made a payment to get service set up they told me my area wasn't serviceable and that it would take me a week or more to get my money back. Would not trust this company at all and will not go back to them

    Charges you ****** to sign up and if you can't get it up and running does not refund your money. It took me 3 weeks of trying to get it up and a lot of time taking with them, No one knows what the other is doing. I returned all the equipment and they do not refund the sign up fee, such a scam. I would not recement any senior or anyone else to go with this company.

    I have issue to even put one star. I have never dealt with a company who is so unprofessional and dishonest. They guaranteed on multiple calls prior to our departure that we would have service in a **************** country for our small business for a three month period. We were never able to connect while away from ****** yet they state we used data two times afar. From the first time we tried to connect from afar we always got the wifi sign with an exclamation **** across it and a message of no internet connection. Prior to our departure we opened our ***** to charge it and to set it up with their helpthat took a few calls. Because this was done prior to leaving they will not refund our payment as they claimed it worked in ******. But the setup needed to be done prior to our arrival in ***************. They have recordings of all our calls to confirm this service guarantee for afar, help to set up with our iPhone as well as they can check that the data used prior to departure was minimal with no activity other than setup. Once they get your payments they are like ostriches with their heads in the sand not wanting to do their due diligence to confirm what truly happened. Not recommended for anyone!

    Third tier service provider and they act like it. They obviously have no CRM software to keep records and any changes forget it. Im back to ******

    I have been given misleading information about a package delivery containing a modem. They have had me spend days off work and moving to pick up places for a parcel that hasn't showed up upto now. This isnt good service

    I called fir a set up fir my internet, and the customer service i met my the name ***** was amazing.Her assistance was to the point. She gave all the answers for my questions with a very polite and friendly manner.
