    Ruled by *****, disfunction and clearly do not ************ once you have signed up. I switched to GetUs effective Dec .1, 2022. I paid in November the for 1st months ************************ The customer spends at least an hour with their Tech rep and you do it yourself with their guidance. When I received my 1st Invoice late Dec. for ********* month of Service and set up a supplier at my bank for online payment via chequing acct.......well 1st off, I took offence that you get at least 3 messages prior to you due date reminding you to pay your invoice on time.. I called them on there **************** line to tell them so and they could have cared less!!!.January 10th rolls around and I have been monitoring the bank and advising GetUs of my concerns. So I made an additional payment via my ***** Now weeks later the chequing payment shows up but no **** which clearly shows the pymt date of Jan. 10/23. This entire experience has really ****** me off....there is a definite internal accounting problem also with Get Us!!! unfortunately nobody at Get Us even after many calls I have made to clear this nightmare up! Now it is January 28th and here we go again!!! I never did get call backs from GETUS ! I will not be paying Feb 1st Invoice because my bank records indicate I have made now 3 payments for 2 months service.. I worked in finance for over 30 years and at GetUs it is the blind leading the Blind!! Is it on purpose, I absolutely believe it is . They are a JOKE!!!

    I was looking for a wifi connection in my area. Then I found GETUS. I called at their helpline. *************************** EXT # ************************************************************** a calm and a very professional manner. He made it so easy and in a minute, I was all set up with the new connection.Thank you ************.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I moved and went without services for 10 days because they kept saying they needed a technician after saying it was remotely activated. Then the next time I submitted a move request, but our house wasnt done they said services were active at a house THAT WASNT EVEN BUILT! Tried to have services stay at old address and they wanted a 49 dollar move fee and 5 days to switch it back to my old house. So where were services active then? CON ARTISTS.

Very Kind, Professional, Courteous, Friendly, Knowledgeable !! **************** Of Handling My Late Payment And ******* Up Process With Such Ease And Thoroughness { @ Quite A Late Time I ********** ?? } Within 30mins Or Less My Internet Was Up And Running Again Without Any Problems !!     Ive been a member for about 3 years, three people in our house using smart TV, smart phones and computers, worked at home during covid. for the price i highly recommend.
