      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had an incredibly poor experience with them. The technician did not know how to install a simple thermostat which took him 8 hours and he still did not complete the work necessitating another worker to have to come back the next day. They charged us 570$ for a thermostat that was worth 250$ (which we could have purchased on our own had we known), when we questioned the cost of the thermostat the customer service refused to divulge the actual cost, which we had to look up online. They charged us for 9.5 hours of work that was completely unnecessary and when we voiced our concerns about the billing hours initially, considering the tech did not know how to install the thermostat, we were told it would be taken care of. We were also billed for services the next where the technician stated he serviced our furnace (which was NOT done). And this was not the first time we had noted that the technician billed us for services that were NOT done... When we spoke to them after we received the bill, the customer service was quite rude. They refused to let us speak with the manager and threatened to take us to collections if the bill was not paid. The bill was over 1900$ for installing a THERMOSTAT that should have taken 1 or 2 hours at the most.Please do not use this company, they have incompetent technicians, absolutely abysmal customer service, and shady business practices.

      Aslan has huge unethical work practices including overcharging and charging for pulling permits that were never even pulled in the first place yet they won't even remove the charge so they are either ripping off the customer or doing ********************** work that requires permitting without one. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. Buyer beware.

      I can see why this company is not BBB Accredited. * ****** **** **** *** ******* ****** * ***** ****.
      On Nov. 12/2021 I had their electrician run a wire for my over-the-stove microwave. I was very impressed that he was in and out in under a half hour. He did not leave a work order because I was getting him back to install a new island light and to move a receptacle from inside of a cabinet to the countertop.
      I originally called to find out their hourly rate and I was fine with $98 hour. On March 22/2022, the second visit, he did the work and I signed the work order which clearly stated 1 1/2 hours which was correct.
      After that, I called their office on three separate occasions looking for the bill. Yesterday, I received it, 14 months after the work was done and they have charged me for 8 hours of labour. I went to see them and they claim their vehicle tracker shows that he was at my house for 4 hours each time which is absolutely not true. I expected a $300 bill and it was $1,300. I contacted ********* ****** ** and found that I was overcharged $100 for the electrical permit.
